7 Law of Attraction Methods that you MUST implement in your daily life

1 – Visualization.

Visualization is incredible and it gives you such an incredible results, it pushes you forward, it makes you feel good, and this is what we want.

All the achievers that we know, who did some amazing things, such as athletes, business people, are swearing in visualization. They say that you first need to see the result in your minds eye, only then you can achieve an incredible results that you want to go after.

I know a lady who is saying that all what she achieved, results that she got, she created. She was saying things like: “I have a books bestsellers.” “Every day I sell hundreds of books.” “I have the most popular Youtube Channel in region.”

What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create. – Buddha

And it really is, what you see and say, you must manifest.

An incredible book by Shakti Gawain called Creative Visualization is a must read book. I am leaving you link HERE if you want to learn more about Creative Visualization.

I learned so much from this book. Creative visualization also, seeing yourself levitating in the space, and watching yourself, your life, helps you so much, understand who you are, and what you”ve been doing. I highly recommend you to practice Creative Visualization.

Plant a strong tree.

2 – New Story.

New story is really talking, and thinking like you are already at the place you want to be, things you want to do, feelings you want to feel, and many more.

Tell stories like you are already there. Feel the feelings.

Instead of “Life sucks” say something like “Life works pretty good for me”. 🙂 You dictate the way you want o feel.

You plant a seed today, in 5 years you are going to have abundant tree.

3 – Meditation.

For me, meditation is a method to attract what you want in life. Why? Because meditation is making you aware of the things that you are doing wrong, and aware of the things that you are doing right, things that you should be doing more of. You need to let go of the old, in order to make a room for the new. In meditation, you really realize your behaviors, you let go of the old that doesn”t serve you anymore, and you realize of the new, that you really want to implement in your life.

4 – It”s done!

It”s done is a method that Abraham, Jerry, and Esther Hicks recommend you to live by. Examples; if you are waiting to graduate at the college, repeat to yourself, remind yourself that it is done. Waiting to find that perfect partner for life? It is done! You are already having her/him. So live it! The Universe is dying to give you what you want. What do you really want?

5 – Later Gater!

Later Gater is a method for the days and times you worry. We all know what worry does to us, right? It puts us in “I can”t do nothing about that!” mode, but that is far from the truth.

What if in the times of worry, we just say to ourselves: “Later Gater!” and we go to do something that we actually enjoy doing, distract ourselves from the worry about future or past.

What you can do to distract yourself from the worry, and actually enjoy your life, put the worries on hold, is: laying down on your bed and listening music, go for a walk and listening music, read a book of your interest, watch movies that you like, dance, go out with the friends…

6 – Thinking like you got the Euro Jackpot.

If you have a money issues, or even if you don”t, think like you won the lottery. But in a way like, you are going to get the money in a month from now.

We all know that, when somebody wins the lottery, they don”t get their money straight away, but in a month, or even two months time.

And so, whenever you caught yourself in a money worries, just stop, and say to yourself something like: “Ok, I lack in money right now, but soon I am going to be rich forever. I will never again have to worry about where is money going to come from.”

We need to stop worry at all costs. Trick your mind about the situation you are going through. Know that all is just temporary

7 – Scripting.

You are going to fell in love with scripting. While writing things that you want to experience will bring you such beautiful emotions while writing. Watch how you feel while scripting about your ideal life.

I like to write a little every day. Write what good is in your life. Write your plans for the future. Places you want to go, things you want to experience, what are you fearful of… These are all the things that you can write down, and many more, in order to create a better tomorrow for yourself, your family and friends.

How To Manage Time Effectively

Time is so precious! Do you understand why? Because you are never going to be able to take your spent time back. It is gone! Scary thing, right?

Scary thing is, that the moment we are born, we are getting older. Isn’t that the scariest?! But it’s true! So it matters how you spend your time.

The funny fact is, that you and me cannot manage time, but ourselves. What matters is = what we are doing now. So learn how to manage you, now!

I think you need to want to be productive, you need to want to get things done, work towards something, because if time doesn”t have any meaning to you, you are just going to be lazy, look for excuses, and you are going to end up nowhere.

Good question that you can ask yourself is: “What is it that I am doing right now, and how is that important, or not important to me?”

The Most Effective Way To Schedule a Day and Get Things Done

What i like to do, is set block of times every day. So let”s say, I woke up at 6AM, and I am going to get ready for the day until 8AM. So 2 hours time to get ready for the day.

In this 2 hours chunk of time, I am going to do all the possible things to get myself ready for the day, no matter what.

I will do my yoga, meditation, journaling, shower, breakfast, make-up, dressing up, priming for the day…

Now, what you can do, is jump on the most important or urgent thing or task first. That can be anything. Going for the grocery shopping, bring your kids to the school, answer emails…

When you get this done, now you can jump on one of the other projects for two more hours, then stop. Now again, is it a lunch time and you are hungry? Then eat! Do some stretch! Do whatever has to be done urgent, and only after that, jump on the same project, or a new one, for 2 more hours, and do that until the evening, when is time to go to sleep. I really hope you get the point.

Below is a-a-amazing video on youtube about how successful people manage their time. What didn”t surprise me at all, is that most successful people don”t do their to do lists, but rather, they work from calendar, they work on the things that are most urgent.

So if you do a To-do list, and if you feel overwhelmed or stressful, just stop creating one, because that is a sign that you should stop.

Rather, create a day like blocks of time. How to do that, read again paragraph just above the title called: “The most effective way to schedule a day and get things done”.

Let”s say you do a To-do list. You do the list either early in the morning upon waking up, or the day before, in the evening. You would put the things that has to be first done, then the second, then the third thing, and so on.

How many times you found yourself stressed out, because for example, the second thing that you scheduled all of a sudden is not that urgent, but rather something else showed up. I believe you would find yourself confused.

I was one of them – confused people. Putting on my To-do list washing laundry, doing nails, taking shower. That is such a waste of energy and time. Like before you are going to leave the house, of course you will wash your face. 😀

Now when I wake up, I do the things around the business task. If I decided the first business that I am going to do is create a youtube video, I will naturally do all the things that has to be done in order to deliver an amazing video such as showering, doing my make-up, nails, etc. I hope you get the point!

Hard Truth

Have you ever heard a clock ticking off, and had that feeling of time running away, the time slipping? It is very scary thing! At least for me.

Do you like the quote above, about not spending your time, but rather investing? This is so smart. Why? Because you wanna go through life and do something meaningful, you don”t wanna spend your time, just for the sake of spending it. You want to invest in your time wisely and do some meaningful stuff.

Time management is the coordination of tasks and activities to maximize the effectiveness of an individual’s efforts. Essentially, time management is enabling people to get more and better work done in less time.

How do you spend your days? Are you mindlessly scrolling Facebook and Instagram, or are you doing something that will better your future. What is it that is on your mind day to day basis?

Story

I was talking with my work colleague yesterday, about how do we spend our days before work, what we do, and how long do we sleep.

She asked me, like how do I do all this things before work? How do I have time to cook, work on my laptop, time to meditate 15 minutes, do my yoga stretches half and hour, call my mother? And all that before 1AM.

Because these are the things that I value! These are the things that are important to me! And this is me. Scrolling mindlessly through Social Media accounts is not me, and that is exactly why I don”t do these things.

Me is working on my businesses, me is working to better my future. That is me!

Really, what you do right now, that is you. I am not saying that this is going to stay like that forever, but we are all in our point in lives when we feel like doing some things, and yet another, we don”t feel like doing. And that is ok!

So, if you don”t like where you are in life right now, know that you can change, literally in another minute you can become somebody completely different. And that is beauty of life. We have a choice!

Raise Your Standards

What does it mean to raise your standards, and how do we do that?

You are living by your standards right now. You. are. living. your. standards. right. now. Hear me what I mean by that!

If you are single, that might be because your standard is to not be hurt again. Some people are in relationships, but they are not happy, that means their standard is to only be in a relationship, no matter who that person is. And I think that is really dangerous. I hope you get the point?!

Raise Your Standard

So how do we raise our standards in both situations? Well, in the first scenario, you can do something like, go for that relationship anyway, if you have a chance, but try not to be hurt again, because hey, you wanna give him/or her a chance. Right?! Give love anyway, be support, but not expecting anything in return, because you wanna be a partner of example. Hope you get it?!

The second scenario can be something like; continue to have someone in your life, but try to make it meaningful, try to learn from each other, have fun, support their partner in any endeavor, whether you understand their actions or not.

So what happens when we raise our standards?

Everything in our lives starts to be better. Our relationships, our health, our work, our confidence, the way how we see ourselves and the world, how we interact with people, our mood. We start to be more happy, joyous, feeling content, we have better connections with the God, etc.

To raise our standards in all areas of our lives, we need to truly want that. We need to want that next level life. And do whatever it takes to level up.

What are some examples of the standards?

It is like a rule, some set of behaviours that people need to follow through. Similar like, you can”t go to church naked shoulders and mini skirt. Your skirt has to be to your knees, and you will have to have a sleeves, not the top. Also, Dubai city. There are people not kissing each other on the streets or holding their hands, people only do those things in the comfort of their home, not in the public.

I think Tony Robbins is the first guy that I heard from about how and why we should raise our standards. He is very passionate about this topic, and he is the first guy that is promoting raising standards. Enjoy learning how to raise your standard above in the video.

I love when Tony talks about raising his standard and moving to a big house, leaving his small apartment. Story goes like this; a friend of his offered the house to Tony, and Tony said yes immediately. It was weird at the beginning, to move from very small apartment to a big house. He lived all of a sudden in a very spacious environment, and of course, he felt like it is the right thing to do.

Of course he felt fear of how to pay for it, but once he got a taste of it, he didn”t want to return back. Nobody would like to. Once you get the taste of something that you like, you never want to go back .

And so, I am asking you question right now? If you raise your standard right now, in what area of your life would you first do that, and how would that change your life? I am sure, for 100% better! Can you do that right now? Ask yourself: “What has to change in my life first, in order to live more happy and fulfilled life?” And do that!

Create hunger for more, create magical life on your own terms, and set higher standards. Higher standards can be achieved by you saying to yourself that you MUST work on your career, you saying you that you MUST find relationship of your dreams, MUST be more healthy and energetic, MUST be all the things that people want, even though they only wish for that right now.

The difference between you and them is that you MUST take your life to the next level, and they will only continue to wish for. Guess who is going to achieve goals? You or them? Of course, you! Because you MUST, and they will stay forever with the “should”, but never follow through.

Any time you sincerely want to make a change, the first thing you must do is to raise your standards. When people ask me what really changed my life eight years ago, I tell them that absolutely the most important thin was changing what I demanded of myself. I wrote down all the things I would no longer accept in my life, all the things I would no longer tolerate, and all the things that I aspired to becoming.

Life is very simple you guys. Just write down things that you really want. Write down how you want to be treated by people. How your friends should treat you. Who are your friends really. What is the place that you really want to live. How much money you must have on your bank account. Who do you must work for. What your job really must be.
You see?! There is so much more. These are only couple of things that you need to consider. And truly, when you say enough is enough, only then changes are happening. And you want that next level life, right? Everybody does, everybody. But you and me are not everybody, you and me are action takers, right? And we are going to make our reams come true, and live that extraordinary life.

How To Be More Self Aware

Why would you want to know who you are? Why would you want to know your talents, strengths and weaknesses? Why is important? Why would you care? Who should care?You should be your own best self! You should know who you are, so you can improve your weaknesses, work more on your talents, try to make the most out of your strengths.

Self-Awareness can make you feel more happy, because you are more aware of your actions, feelings and emotions. Your relationships can improve, you can better perform at work…

If you wanna develop self awareness you need to ask yourself some deep questions? Just ask! But yourself! This is the only way how you can get to know yourself better. Asking yourself questions at all times, on a daily basis.

You can”t get away from yourself by moving from one place to another, is another quote by Ernest Hemingway that I love so much. It teaches us that all is within you. All your flaws and victories. People travel massively. They are being bored in their home country, and that is all right. But if you are not happy in your country, how can you be more happy in another? You can”t get away from yourself by moving from one place to another. You better know who you are!

You need to find yourself again. You need to forgive yourself and praise those victories. You need to know yourself better.

Yoga and meditation is one of the tools that can improve your self-awareness. I like it so much, especially meditation, and yoga of course (I don”t know which is more important to me), because it teaches me to be more self-aware of my thoughts, feelings, emotions, habits, actions, etc. Yoga is one of the self-aware tools to wake up your body, to be more awake in general.

Self awareness doesn”t stop you from making mistakes, it allows you to learn from them. You are not going to beat yourself up by making mistakes, rather, you will learn from them, accept them, and move on, try different approach.

When it comes to making mistakes, you are aware that this is a journey. The ones who are successful now, they made most mistakes, and you should know about that, be aware of it.

Don”t compromise yourself. You”re all what you”ve got said Janis Joplin. Know who you are and you are going to be unstoppable. Do you know the saying: “Know Thyself”? It is knowing your core being. It is knowing why you are doing certain actions. etc.

You cannot move from one point to another (better one) if you are not aware of the situation that you are in now. You need to accept the situation you are in now. You need to look closely at the situation, what led you to here, how you ended up here, and how you are going to move on to next, again (better one).

Journaling is one of the best methods to get to know yourself better. What did they say, what it meant for you, how you felt about that, how did you responded to this. It is really great method to see what is going on underneath the surface for you.

Mindful activities. When you wash your hands. Shower. Feel that water on your body. Rubbing soap in hour hands. It is training you to be more mindful in other situations.

Record yourself. 😀 How bad do you wanna to get to know yourself better? You can record just your voice, or record yourself whole, talking to camera. It is a great exercise to see how the world perceives you. Tonality of your voice and your face expressions are everything. You are going to better perform selling yourself, at a job interviews, you will have better communication in general, your relationships will improve.

Working on your perception you can deliver your message better. People will start taking you seriously. But with a poor posture and low tone of voice will not take you anywhere. Start acting like the most confident person, like the one who has all in his or her hands. That is working on yourself. Working on being more self aware.

How do you spend your free time? What excites you? When have you been last time in awe? What are your hobbies? Passions? How you are going to spend your time after reading this article? Who are you really? In what state of the emotions you are most of the time? Are you in a bad or a good mood most of the time?

What are the things that you don”t like about yourself? What are some of your mistakes that you regret about? Take a notebook and write it down. Things that you don”t like about yourself.

Motivation for 2020!

Year is just a year. It is what you make out of year. Everybody had a both, good and bad years. Some things you cannot control, and why you would. It is not a good thing trying to control everything around you. You just live this life and give best of yourself in New 2020.

You need to be able to motivate yourself. Nobody is going to come to you and tell you how you must do this or that. You need to find your own reasons to motivate yourself and succeed in life. Really, you, need motivate you.

I believe how we need to make resolutions on a daily basis. If you are going to start new thing first of January, what are the chances you will continue with this resolution all throughout the year? Researches show how 95% of people stop with their resolutions by the 15. of January. Just a 15 days of doing the thing and then giving up. This is exactly why we are not making resolutions anymore, because we know we will not go through.

Make a resolution to be better NOW, every and each moment. This is the secret of life. Every and each moment give best of yourself, but ask yourself first what really matters to you.

Everyday is a fresh start. Everyday you are choosing who you are going to be this day. You may woke up and decide that you are going to apply for a better deserving jobsall day long and feel wonderful. You may decide instead to go to office, spend all day long with your kids. You may be tired of being tired, and you may do whatever it takes to work on your body energy.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Believe in yourself once and for all. You are here for the reason and purpose. You are for the reason on this planet earth. Believing in yourself is so crucial. Believing in yourself, people will believe in you more. You will automatically act different, talk different and walk different. People will trust in your ability if you believe in yourself.

IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT

No one has dreams like you have yours. No one can dream your dreams, thas is why your dreams are yours. You are not dreaming this dreams, for no reason. You are dreaming your dreams, because they are yours, and you know you are capable of bringing them to fruition.

WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY

The one who have a will, will find a way. Have you ever came across situation that you couldn”t stand anymore, and you decided to do whatever it takes to make it happen, to change, to make situation better? You had a will, and you used all the forces to made that happen. At first you didn”t know the how, but after making that first step, second showed up, third showed up, and after some time, you came out of a difficult situation.

DO NOT WAIT, THE TIME WILL NEVER BE “JUST RIGHT”

I have a purpose and goal about this blog, but still, I know almost nothing about blogging. So, should I just continue or wait to learn what is really like being blogger? Of course not .To wait for something to be sure about, you might wait forever. Everything is unsecure. Life is unsecure. Crossing the street is unsecure. Do not wait for a perfect time, because there is no such thing as perfect time. To do the perfectly right is now, with the tools and resources you have now.

BELIEVE IN THE BEAUTY OF YOUR DREAMS

No one can dream your dreams. You are holding your dreams for some reason and purpose. No one can dream your dreams. Everybody hold dreams that they know they can bring into fruition. You better version of you knows who you are. Don”t stop! Start with a small baby steps. Every day, take small actions towards your goals. It always seems impossible until it”s done

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE STARS, AND YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND

Aim for the moon, if you miss, you may hit a star. While walking on this planet earth, don”t forget to look above you. There is whole different world. Looking at the sky, notice how there is limitless space, what will make you feel better. There is something beautiful when you realize you are drop of the ocean and the ocean as such. Think of yourself as a high valuable person, but also, see others as a special beings as well, and appreciate them for who they are.

Know that days, months and years will pass. What is important is what are you doing with this day today, month and your plans for the year. Live a life of no regrets. You might regret what you did in the past, but the time is now, now you are creating future. Nothing just comes easily, we need to work for it. What it is that you want? Create a list of the things that you want for this year to be. That might be developing new skills, creating a second income or finally graduate. What it is that you really want, and put the time and effort to get it.

For the times that you don”t feel motivated, you just don”t know how to inspire yourself. You need to inspire yourself daily. You need to read blogs, listen podcasts, go to seminars. You need to inspire yourself daily. Let inspire you a life that you know you can live it. Imagine a life of your dreams, know that you can, and let that inspire and motivate you. It is that easy!
