How To Develop Abundance Mindset

What is mindset anyways? It is a set of beliefs that you hold at all times. Most people are not aware of it, and very few people know what they hold, these people are lucky. It is a process.

Unfortunately, most of the people developed scarcity mindset, meaning they don”t see opportunities. Now, how you can develop abundant mindset is FREE. Believe me! It is something located in within you. It is your mind, way of thinking, education. Educate yourself! Why you think there is not enough for everybody on this planet?

Lot”s of people know about the Law of Attraction, but do you really practice it? It is not enough to watch a couple of times Secret and expect miracles in your life. You need to work for it! Also, if you are envy or jealous on other people, that can take you further away from your dreams. If you wanna achieve something in your life, you should be glad for everybody being and looking happy, having the things that you want, going on vacations and so on.

Vibrate abundance and abundance will come to you. If you are a salesman, and you are selling low pricing products, guess how much you will get? Raise your value or price of the product, and watch how your wealth grows. But the trick it, you need to believe you can give a value, your product is worth the purchasing, and people can benefit from it.

There are plenty of tools how you can develop abundance mindset. One of the things that I like to do, is to listen guided meditations. There are so wonderful ones that I like so much, I can literally see myself in possession of all my dreams. The key is to see yourself doing it, having it, and feeling it with all your being.

Abundance is everywhere. We have abundance of food, air, water, sun, electricity, shelter, people, opportunities, internet, jobs, businesses, and so on. Why some people don”t see that abundance, these opportunities? Because their focus is on the lack, their focus is on what it is. They talk about it, they think about it, and so they create it in their realities even more. This is the secret of how rich people get richer and poor people get poorer. Rich people see opportunities, and poor people talk about the lack all the times.

Also, if you wanna create abundance in your life, you should be open to it, you should think abundance, feel abundance, see abundance, and guess what? You are going to live abundance instantly.

Develop a Growth Mindset. There is amazing book that I highly recommend called Mindset – The New Psychology Of Success by Carol Dweck. Please, check this book HERE. Simply, develop Growth mindset. Study people who achieved success. Know that all can be improved, that is abundance mindset. Nothing is fixed or a set in stone. Know that everything, you, entire universe, people around you, can be improved. You just need to improve first, you need to open yourself and see opportunities.

One more exercise that I highly recommend is affirmations. Create you own affirmations and repeat them every day all over again. Create affirmations that will shift your perspective. You can say like: “There are trillions of dollars circulating on this planet and I deserve a portion of this.”

I hope your mindset serves you, it brings you good. How to know that the mindset we have is good or bad? Simply, if something doesn”t work in your life, guess what? You developed a wrong mindset.

This is very effective exercise. Just put on a piece of paper all your thoughts about life. All your thoughts about money, relationship, health, wealth, physical body, etc… Your thoughts that you are repeating all over again, are in direct proportion of the life that you live right now. Simply, you are living your beliefs about life, about yourself. Change your beliefs, change your life. You need to change that as soon as possible, if you wanna change something. You need to change your thoughts.

You believe in something that keeps you down. You believe in the things that doesn”t serve you. You need to wake up, and study, study people who achieved something that you want. World is buzzing with a people who are eager to help, but you need to ask them. You need to ask them how they did it, the thing that you wanna achieve.

How To Raise Your Vibration

Don”t you wanna live your life to the fullest? Everyone would love to feel happy, fulfilled and joyful all the time. It is possible, for the majority of time, but it takes practice, lots of refocusing on the things that you want, feeling good about your current situations, taking actions regularly and believing in yourself. How to raise your vibration never been easier.

The key word here is feel. Feelings are so powerful. Cherish the ones that you feel the best with. Go and make the shortcut, find the reason why should you be grateful NOW.

I have a list of things on a piece of paper that I go through whenever I feel negative emotions. The list of things you can do too are: laying on your bed and listening favorite music, spend time in nature, read a book about your favorite topic, playing with your pet, meditate, watch comedies… Make your own list. Everybody”s list are different, you make your own unique.

There is so much more, like a movements, like drinking plenty of water and gratitude. Also, let”s say you “hate” your job, and you are trying to build your own business, just to end that slavery and become time free and financially free. Everyday you are running thoughts in your head like a: “When will all stop?”, “Why am I here trapped even though I know I can do it much better?”, “Why me?”, “I feel so tired, this job sucks energy out of me!”, “Why I need to go through all of this?”, “Not one more day there!” You get the point?!

That would not put you in a state of gratitude, excitement and joy, right? So, re frame it! You can say something like this: “Soon I will quit that job.” “I am working on it.” I am building my on line businesses, and eventually I will quit that job.” “Nothing lasts forever, so this will end up as well.” Do you understand now the power of re framing words? Words that you speak to yourself and out loud are also powerful. Everything is, all that you emanating out comes back to you.

There is actually a thousands ways how to vibrate high, how to feel good. There are thousands of books, courses, teachings, one of them is this one HERE. There is a small test that will show you where are you on the list when it comes to manifesting either your soul mate, dream job, lottery, or anything else. This audio book is life changing. The changes will not occur if you don”t open yourself up to a new things, new teachings. Open yourself up, think outside of the box, and watch what will happen. Just open yourself up, really listen what they have to say, and work on it, take some action, NOW. Tomorrow might be to late. Don”t forget that you are creators, not observers.

I am assuming that you already work on your belief system, otherwise you would not end up reading this article, being on this Blog. How to raise your vibration?!?! Simply!!! Just do, speak, think, visualize, eat, drink, smell, wear, go, have, read, watch that you feel good about. It is that easy. Train your mind to look for good in everything. Set that phone on a side, stop scrolling, stop watching others peoples lives, and really focus on the things that you want.

Don”t forget to ask yourself all throughout the day: “How do I really feel?” We often times ask other people how do they feel, but what about us. Why you should think positive

You are what you think


Think positively and you”ll feel able to manage and do well. Think negatively and you are likely to feel overwhelmed and powerless.

Positive thinking brings hope; the feeling that what you want can happen or that events can turn out for the best. Negative thinking creates a spiral of unhelpful thought’s and difficult feelings. Even when good things happen, negative thinkers tend to see the negative aspects of a situation.

Of course, everybody”s view of the world is different, but if you think life is mostly good, you”ll notice opportunities and good things in your life; if you think life is difficult, you will find obstacles and difficulties in life.

For example, if someone congratulates you on a piece of work you”ve done and you say; “Thanks, but it wasn’t that good”, and then tell them about the aspects that didn’t go so well. In situations like this, for you, things have to be perfect or they don’t count.

Moving on from negative thinking


Recognize negative self talk. Happiness doesn’t depend on how few negative thought’s you have, but on what you do with the ones you have.

Your negative thought’s are so powerful because you rarely have conscious awareness or control over them. You simply accept your thought’s and respond accordingly.

Think of something you would like to do in future – travel somewhere, follow an interest or hobby, change your career direction, leave a job or relationship – but haven’t done yet. Write down your thought’s and feelings about it.

When you”re in the habit of thinking and interpreting events in a negative way, it”s not easy to say positive things to yourself. It”s also not easy to say positive things to yourself when you”re worried, stressed or upset. It”s not easy but it is possible.

If you change the way you think, you will create a change in how you feel, what you do and how you behave.

Just realizing that your mind is thinking negative thought’s means you have already begun to de-fuse from those thought’s; separated yourself a little bit from them. Writing them down can separate you from them too – instead of letting negative thought’s swirl around in your mind, you can see your thought’s as just letters and words on paper.

Whatever way you choose to see it, positive thinking alone won’t get you what you want.

Whatever it is you want, you must plan, put in time and effort and work towards achieving what you want. You have to make the most of the opportunities, take some risks and be prepared to deal with obstacles, setbacks and disappointments.

Having things that you want to do and achieve – having goals and aims – can give you a positive path to follow. In fact, working towards goals both requires and develops optimism and positivity.

Finding and keeping motivation


You may hear yourself say some of the following:

  • I”m not ready
  • It”s not the right time
  • It”s going to be too hard
  • It will take too long

These excuses can often sound quite convincing. But if you believe them, if you stay in your comfort zone, doing the same old activities and tasks on autopilot and not trying anything new, you could well be missing out. Nothing will change and you won’t get what you want in life.

So how to get motivated and stay motivated? By thinking positively, of course!

Decide what is the one thing you can do right now. Then do that one thing. Give it your full attention. Answer that one email, make that first phone call. Start filling in that form. Just clear out one drawer.

After a short time, the positive feelings which you would like to achieve from doing that activity start to emerge naturally. You don’t have to wait for your thought’s and feelings to change before you get going. Get going and your feelings will change.

Motivation is made up of three aspects – what you think, what you feel and what you do.

Recent research suggests that the way you sit or stand can actually affect the way your brain functions.

  • Stand or sit straight
  • keep your head level
  • relax your shoulders
  • spread your weight evenly on both legs
  • if sitting, keep your elbows on the arms of your chair (rather than tightly against your sides)
  • make appropriate eye contact
  • lower the pitch of your voice
  • speak more slowly

Building your self-esteem and confidence


The best place to start building your confidence and self-esteem is from a position of strength. Instead of focusing on what you believe you can’t do, focus on what you know you can do and what you know makes you feel good about yourself There are a number of ways you can do this.

  • Focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself
  • Identify your qualities
  • Through positive personal affirmations
  • Positive people
  • Positive news

Dealing with disappointments and setbacks, trauma and tragedy


Continue to have goals. Let them drive you forward. As Friedrich Nietzsche said, “What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.” And that”s positive thinking!

Perception of the events is that you think you did wrong and now you feel like crap! And the more you replay events over in your mind, the worse you seem to make them. It”s like a game of Chinese whispers going on in your head: the more you replay it, the more distorted it becomes.
