How to decide what you want to do

Deciding what you want to do is huge! But only decision that you are harmonized with is a good decision made. Deciding you are going to do something, and then thinking that you should not do that, is a wrong decision. You must stick to your decisions and make the final ones. Now you might be thinking, how to make a right decision? It is very simple, but not easy. It takes time! How much of the time you have? You should have all the time in the world to make those decisions and work on them, because hey, your future self will thank you for. Find that time to figure that out.

It is about researching, asking yourself deep questions, trying new stuff, and sticking to the final decisions.

I”ve been offered to join some Multi-level marketing company. And we”ve been through 4 interview steps now. The first two steps I thought to myself: “I can do that!” But as time was passing by, and I was researching more about that company, and the business model itself, I asked myself deep questions, and I realized that this is not what I truly want. I want to be a leader, not a follower. I want to build something on my own, from scratch.

TRY DIFFERENT THINGS

I lost so much money, because I needed to try something new. And I needed to find my place under the sun. The only way to find a place where you belong, is to look for that place, go places that you never before explored. Immerse yourself in the new and unknown. Life begins outside of your comfort zone. Invest in courses, invest in yourself, actually pay for that.

VISUALIZE

Visualize where you really want to be, what to do, and what to have. If you can be anything you want, what would that be? What would you try to pursue if you cannot fail? These are the questions that you need to ask yourself on a daily basis. What do I really, really want, and how do I go and get it? Again, your future self will thank you for.

RESEARCH

Research like your life depends on it. We are living in such amazing times, when everything is served for us on a silver plate with one click of the button. Things are now easier than ever, the only problem is that we get distracted easily. There is so much going on in the world right now. And these are the best times to look within yourself more than ever, find yourself again, and decide what you want to do really.

ASK YOURSELF DEEP QUESTIONS

Do I wanna be a leader or a follower? Am I hiring people? How many of them? What is my dream profession? Who do I work for? Am I working from home or do I commute to work? Who is my partner? How many kids do I have? Where do we go for vacation? How often do I visit my family? How do we spend our quality times together? You get the point.

AS IDEAS COME UP TO YOUR MIND WHILE THINKING WHAT YOU WANT, WRITE THEM DOWN TO YOUR TO-DO LIST

To decide that you need to decide what you want to do with your life, is also a decision, and you are well on your way to make that happen. As you start to think what you really want to do, ideas will pop-up in you mind. The first thing that you should do is write them down. Have always a notebook and a pen in a room that you spend most of your time, or your home office, and write them down. Once you get the chance, you need to follow through, you need to work on that ideas, otherwise, nothing is going to happen, and ideas will go to waste.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU ARE MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT

Do you ever felt like time stopped while you were working on something, you forgot to eat, or you loosed the sense of reality? This is what happens when you are fully into the things that you are most passionate about.

Maybe it is writing for you, selling things online, gardening or a teaching? Whatever it is, it is yours. If you truly love that, you definitely should do more of that.

WHAT DO YOU NOT LIKE TO DO

For example, I don”t like to work for somebody else, 9 to 5. That is truly boring for me, unfulfilling, and I feel like I am wasting my precious time. It feels like dying, not growing. What would be opposite of that? It is working for somebody else? It would be an entrepreneurship. I”ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but only now is the truly time to pursue that entrepreneurship.

HOW HARD ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK TO GET WHAT YOU WANT?

People are often times dabblers, they are not fully engaged in what they do, and so, they never get things done. They are indecisive, they cannot commit, and they basically live like the dogs (no offense). Whatever do they find on the floor, they would eat, and they can chase the ball for an hours.

You and me should find out what we want and then go for that fully. Fully immerse ourselves in what we do and make the most out of ourselves and our lives.

I really hope this helps you realize what you really want to do for the rest of your life. It can be very scary, I know, but take full ownership of your life, and actually do the things that will take your life to the next level.

How to Be Mentally Strong

What would you say to yourself right now? Are you mentally strong? Are you becoming easily affected by what people say, and do you take things personally, or you are more focused on yourself, how you feel about yourself, and what your intentions are?

It is very crucial to know whether you are mentally strong or not, because from that point, you can decide where you really wanna take yourself, and to what extent.

I will give you an example from my story, so you know what I think it is to be mentally strong. I was dating a guy who was telling me from the beginning that he doesn”t want a relationship with me, but despite of that, I was doing every possible things to make him change his plans with me. Trying to make him fall in love with me, and all kinds of things that women do. You don”t wanna go this path. Please, stop trying make people like you. That is very weak, which is opposite of being strong.

It drove me crazy. I could”t focus on my work, because I was thinking only about me, and him not caring about me as much as I would love to. We were breaking up couple of times, because I wanted to be clear about us and define where this is all going. I couldn”t except anything less than being committed with him.

Long story short, after our last breakup, not long after that, I start to miss this guy again, and I decided to get in contact with him again no matter what. I promised myself that I am not going to be hooked up again by my crazy ideas, and just have fun, like normal people do, and not planning anything for the future.

I really hope you understand the story and how easily we get affected by the emotions we feel, not realizing that we sabotage ourselves and our situations, making them bigger than what they really are.

If something is going on in your life right now, know that you are bigger than that. I even printed on my sweater the quote: “I am bigger than this”. People loved to see the quotes on my sweater on the streets. 😀

If you want to be mentally strong, you must decide that you are not going to lead this life by being weak. Everybody can be mentally strong, and not being offended or affected by the things, people, or challenges around them.

Not long ago, I made a video about “How to not take things personally” that I think is closely related to this topic as well. Find the video below this paragraph. I think we often times give people our power, and naturally, they think they can do with us whatever they can. And it is true, until the day we decide to claim our power back, and do whatever it takes to be a masters of our lives again.

I can say for myself that I am right now mentally strong, but I wasn”t always like that. People was used to manipulating with me. My ex boyfriend as well, he was driving me crazy, again 😀 but that is what he wanted, right? Who can drive you crazy? The ones that you are going to react to, with same exact way. But if you react to that with a response, they usually loose their power and can”t affect you anymore.

There is a huge difference between reacting and responding. A reaction is typically quick, without much thought, tense and aggressive. A response is thought out, calm and non-threatening. A reaction typically provokes more reactions – perpetuating a long line of hatefulness with nothing accomplished.

I recently met a woman that had very schizophrenic behavior. Shortly after, she told me that she separated from her first husband, with 3 kids, and then she found a new boyfriend over internet who is in the jail at this moment, and her kids doesn”t talk with her. How destructive is that? People live all kinds of lives, yet they can”t handle what life throws at them.

You need to be stronger than your life”s hurdles. You need to say to yourself or to God, Universe, “Just throw at me, I will handle it no matter what”. And it is truly that, through this obstacles you really grow, you really expand, and become somebody who is really tough.

You want to be mentally strong, believe me. Don”t be easily offended, because hey, you are taking this life seriously. It is not that serious, believe me. Life is a game, and you are here to play that game, you get to decide what path to take, and it will always stay that way. You always have a choice.

Those that are successful now, they”ve been through a lot more than we are. That is exactly why they are successful. You and me are just tip toeing through life, yet there are the ones that lost everything they had, but came back stronger than ever, mentally stronger than ever.

Many people beat themselves up, and that is not being mentally strong. Mentally strong is knowing, trusting, having faith in yourself and everything that you do. Why you and I are beating ourselves up, anyway? Because we are making excuses that we are not good enough I think, and that is so destructive. Why would you focus on what is not working instead of seeing what is working.? If you focus on the first, you are screwed, and you will get the more of what is not working.

SUMMARY

You will stay with you for the rest of your life. You better make this relationship with yourself work, because you cannot escape from yourself. People will come and go in your life, some will stay longer, some shorter, but you will have to deal with you all the time. Mentally strong is about knowing who you really are, and that there is no wrong path, only the path that you choose to take, and if it doesn”t work, change it.

How to live magically

For me, life by itself is magical. Just look at the sky and you will see endlessness. How often do you think what life is, what is all about, and who you are? Me, all the time!

We often times take things very seriously. We seriously go through the challenges not even realizing that we are like a hard rocks, we don”t know how to relax. In my opinion, if you wanna live magically, you wonder how to live magically, because hey, you know someone out there is living it, just relax, be childish, and be very very curious. Ask questions! Ask questions very often.

Just look around you. Look at the flowers. Have you ever thought about the flower seed growing and blooming into the beautiful flower, just process of all this is so beautiful and magical.

A method that I use very often is that I pay attention. I pay attention to the birds chirping, trees, flowers blooming. There is so much more. Just pay attention to your surroundings. Raise your head up and notice, really notice.

I remember now I have a book The Magic of Reality by Richard Dawkins. It can help you understand how to look at the things differently. They shift worldwide for free and they have a variety of books to choose from.

Wonder! Wonder all the time. Ask as many questions as you can. There is so much out there that we cannot see, feel, taste or touch, but that doesn”t necessarily mean that the things doesn”t exist. How crazy is that?! Have you ever wondered what got you here and why? Why you do what you do, and what do you really want?

Connect. Connect deeply to what is. Meaning, just enjoy the moment. Look around yourself, and really see the people, your partner, kids and family. Soak up their stories, notice their smiles, listen to the birds. Connect with your current situation, don”t try to escape from it, but fully accept the situation and really see and understand what got you here, why you are “stuck”, and how to get out of it.

I love this video with Bob Proctor. I listened to this video tens of times. They are basically saying that you need to find a thing that has meaning to you. You are trading your life for it, and that is why you NEED to find something that has meaning to you. Many people think with their brain, but what about their hearts? What does your heart telling you? Where will your heart led you if you listen your heart? How bad do you want to be happy, fulfilled and have a total peace of mind? Don”t you think that in order to feel all these emotions, you need to follow your heart, or no??? Tell us in a comment below.

Not everything in your life you need to understand. Some things you can explain and understand why they happened, but some don”t, and you never will, and that is O.K. Just keep questioning to what you can understand, and the things that you can”t explain yourself, just except it.

Spiritual teacher called Bashar once said that fairy tales are inspired by life. Life inspired fairy tales! Do you believe in it? I believe there is someone who live really magical life. I believe there is someone who live magically. It is absolutely possible. How you might think? Well, I think we should be truthful to ourselves. It is about how you feel, and what do you really, really want.

You can”t live magically life if you do not know what you want are you are not aware of the how you feel. How do you really feel? You can create better feeling emotions. How? By thinking better feeling thoughts.

Have you ever asked yourself why is it that happened to me, but soon after you realized the meaning of it, because something wondrous has happened? Everything has meaning. Steve Jobs once said that you cannot connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backwards. This is so true! Now you see that whatever has happened to you in the past had a meaning and purpose, it led you to the person who are you now. How crazy is that!? And how magically it is?! Because it is! Period!

How Bad Do You Want It?

Life is so beautiful! Do you really believe it is, or you doubt everyone saying the same? There are so many opportunities in this world at this time. We are living in the decade when you can achieve almost everything you set your mind to. Isn”t that amazing?! I feel so privileged living and being on this earth, where we all live spirituality, but at the same time material world as well.

You can create almost everything at this time. Internet is such a blessing for us, because it is full of resources about how to do this, how to do that, how to do everything. What it is that you want? Are you really driven so hard to get it? Are you working on this project daily?

Internet is full of the motivational speeches and videos. Why it is you are watching this videos? What it is you want? Be honest with yourself, and answer what it is that you kinda want or you really want to achieve that goal as bad as you wanna breathe? There is a huge difference.

It is true! If you want as bad as you wanna breathe, then you will be successful. You wanna feel alive, right? You wanna breathe? But how bad do you want these things?

We are the beings that make excuses daily. Don”t be one of them! Nothing is as hard as we think it is. Only the question is; what do you want and how bad do you want it? Basically, I wouldn”t agree that things necessarily have to be hard. The hardest part is to believe in ourselves, believe that we can, that we will, and continuing to do so, even if we don”t see instant results yet, we definitely should push ourselves forward.

I think things are hard because we want to skip the steps and reap the benefits now, but it doesn”t go this way. It is other way around.

If you want it bad enough, as much as you wanna breathe, only then you are going to get it. People often times think they tried everything. They just have excuses and they like to blame everything but themselves. It is Tony Robbins that said, I remember; if you wanna loose the weight and you tried everything, you would be most handsome person walking on this planet. You see now how we often times think we tried everything. It is hard to do this, it is hard to do that. bla bla bla

I just watched motivational video about how bad do you want it, and that you owe you, everything that you do, and going to do. Please watch it below. Things in life are simple, but not as easy. It is simple to make the change, it truly is. The hardest part is to stick to it, do everyday actions towards achieving that goals. By the hardest part I mean, believing that we can, believing that we deserve, and the fear, fear stop us. Fear that we will come across setbacks, fear of failures. You guys, life is so beautiful, and I think we should just go for our dreams, and do whatever it is in our power to bring that to fruition. Because we can! We deserve it! And we are worthy of it! Because you know what? We are loved!

How To Be More Self Aware

Why would you want to know who you are? Why would you want to know your talents, strengths and weaknesses? Why is important? Why would you care? Who should care?You should be your own best self! You should know who you are, so you can improve your weaknesses, work more on your talents, try to make the most out of your strengths.

Self-Awareness can make you feel more happy, because you are more aware of your actions, feelings and emotions. Your relationships can improve, you can better perform at work…

If you wanna develop self awareness you need to ask yourself some deep questions? Just ask! But yourself! This is the only way how you can get to know yourself better. Asking yourself questions at all times, on a daily basis.

You can”t get away from yourself by moving from one place to another, is another quote by Ernest Hemingway that I love so much. It teaches us that all is within you. All your flaws and victories. People travel massively. They are being bored in their home country, and that is all right. But if you are not happy in your country, how can you be more happy in another? You can”t get away from yourself by moving from one place to another. You better know who you are!

You need to find yourself again. You need to forgive yourself and praise those victories. You need to know yourself better.

Yoga and meditation is one of the tools that can improve your self-awareness. I like it so much, especially meditation, and yoga of course (I don”t know which is more important to me), because it teaches me to be more self-aware of my thoughts, feelings, emotions, habits, actions, etc. Yoga is one of the self-aware tools to wake up your body, to be more awake in general.

Self awareness doesn”t stop you from making mistakes, it allows you to learn from them. You are not going to beat yourself up by making mistakes, rather, you will learn from them, accept them, and move on, try different approach.

When it comes to making mistakes, you are aware that this is a journey. The ones who are successful now, they made most mistakes, and you should know about that, be aware of it.

Don”t compromise yourself. You”re all what you”ve got said Janis Joplin. Know who you are and you are going to be unstoppable. Do you know the saying: “Know Thyself”? It is knowing your core being. It is knowing why you are doing certain actions. etc.

You cannot move from one point to another (better one) if you are not aware of the situation that you are in now. You need to accept the situation you are in now. You need to look closely at the situation, what led you to here, how you ended up here, and how you are going to move on to next, again (better one).

Journaling is one of the best methods to get to know yourself better. What did they say, what it meant for you, how you felt about that, how did you responded to this. It is really great method to see what is going on underneath the surface for you.

Mindful activities. When you wash your hands. Shower. Feel that water on your body. Rubbing soap in hour hands. It is training you to be more mindful in other situations.

Record yourself. 😀 How bad do you wanna to get to know yourself better? You can record just your voice, or record yourself whole, talking to camera. It is a great exercise to see how the world perceives you. Tonality of your voice and your face expressions are everything. You are going to better perform selling yourself, at a job interviews, you will have better communication in general, your relationships will improve.

Working on your perception you can deliver your message better. People will start taking you seriously. But with a poor posture and low tone of voice will not take you anywhere. Start acting like the most confident person, like the one who has all in his or her hands. That is working on yourself. Working on being more self aware.

How do you spend your free time? What excites you? When have you been last time in awe? What are your hobbies? Passions? How you are going to spend your time after reading this article? Who are you really? In what state of the emotions you are most of the time? Are you in a bad or a good mood most of the time?

What are the things that you don”t like about yourself? What are some of your mistakes that you regret about? Take a notebook and write it down. Things that you don”t like about yourself.
