Focus is huge. How many times you were completely focused on something? You were so interested in the listening to conversation, for example, that you couldn”t hear somebody outside calling you?

I know my sister was often numb, if I can say this way. We were calling her for a minutes, but she always had that look, like she is busy in thinking something else, contemplating, she had always had that imaginary look.

In this video below, I talk about all the things that I could remember about being focused. I really hope you will like it, and that is going to be of great value to you.

I will never forget a Jim Rohn saying in one of the videos on Youtube. When he was with his kids, he was thinking office. Being in the office, he thought of being with his kids instead.

Do you see how this habit is broken, not good? You are going to be always in lack. You will never actually experience all that you are working on, or experience in the full.

Book atomic habits is huge. We are sum of the habits that we were doing for the years, but that can be changed. What would you like to change in your every day life? Tell us honestly!

Many people lack in direction, that is why they never reach their goal, or most importantly, they are never really focused. Confusion and indecisiveness is a problem in them. They often only wonder, never taking any massive action.

I don”t know have you heard about the Tony Robbins. Most probably you did, reading this Personal Development blog. He promotes a massive action, he is a massive action freak. We need to take massive action towards the things that we want.

Where your focus goes energy flows.

I don’t know about you, but I often times think in term, how there is an Africa out there, people living in poverty, even though I cannot see it with my naked eye.

It is not in my focus, but there also in another country is my mom and dad, now sitting on a terrace and enjoying their coffee. Isn”t that amazing?! Things and people are happening anyway, despite of we see them or not.

Your focus and attention now determines how you are going to live in the future.

2 people walking along are going to influence one another. The only question is, which one of them is going to be more dominant.

If you are one who is more dominant, your walking partner will have all his or her attention on you, and what you have to say, their all focus will be on you.

You be that dominant person at put all your attention on the good that you do.

People, circumstances, and life in general shaped us for who we are now.

What or who you wanna become in the future? Decide today, and put all your focus on that. Study it, be in it, learn it, try it, and you shall become. It is the law!

Focus on the good within people, and they will feel that. I had so many people challenges. Working with very fat people, slumpy people, stupid people, but instead, I chose to focus on the good in them. And guess what, we had amazing relationship all along. We were amazing teams!

You can see also the power of focus by focusing only on the red color around you.

Do this exercise now: Look around yourself and look for the red, only look for the red color. How many objects that you see are red?

Now tell me what are the yellow that you saw? The chance is, that you didn’t saw any yellow. Why? Because you were looking only for red. And you get what you focus on.

Take care of your body

You must sleep 7 to 9 hours a day to be able to be fully focused on what you do. Your mind has to be sharp, and you cannot do that, if you didn’t have enough sleep. It is that simple!

Go to bed at the same time each evening. For example, I go to bed every night at 9 pm. I first read 30 minutes, and then I am ready to sleep. If I cannot fall asleep in 15 minutes time, I would take a book again, and read for another 30 minutes. 15 minutes rest again, and trying to fall asleep again, and so on.

It works for me. I hope it will work for you too.

The only goal is to be well restful. You can also do the thing like “power nap” in the afternoon. I do that as well. But I meditate. And it is like a reset, it’s like you are starting fresh.

One more thing that you can do, is putting your phone behind the laptop screen while you working. It does miracles to me. You don”t have a temptation to check the notifications, but to be fully focused on what you do.

Out of your sight, out of your mind.

You only check your phone if you hear actual notification. Even more, you can turn off all your sounds, and not check your phone at all until the work is done.

Focus can bring you so far. What do you want? What do you really, really want?

Focus is a skill that can be learned overtime. You only need to put the time and effort in it. Work on it every day.

I like to focus myself on what I do lately so often. For example, if I sat down 2 hours for writing, I am not going to go to check my hair 😀 (I know :D), or I am not going to respond to that received message if it”s not important.

I am seeing signs everywhere

Have you heard about the quote: “When the student is ready, teacher will appear”? I feel like I am the one. By one I mean that I am going through a lot lately, asking myself and the universe questions like crazy, and according to that, I am getting answers to the same.

When I said that I am going through a lot, I am just at the point that I cannot handle anymore something, and that I need immediate change.

One day I was at work, feeling so frustrated and tired, pissed of, asking God when is going to be my time, and I saw the letter being at the place where it is not supposed to be saying: “You are not alone in your troubles!” I knew this is there placed to make me feel better and it did, it really did.

I don”t know are this signs for real, are we just imagining them to be true, being our fantasies, or there are some real spirit guides sending us messages through the everyday life. What do you think?

I think if you wanna receive something you need to ask for that. You need to openly, sincerely and wholeheartedly ask for something that you really want, and you shall receive. I guarantee you.

I made a video on this topic as well. You will see how passionate I am about signs, because I literally see them everywhere. Just couple of days ago, while on a way to work, I kept repeating to myself how our only job in life is to make ourselves happy, nothing more. I said that to myself maybe 10 times, and saw all of the sudden written with huge words on a house: “You got this!” I started to laugh, I knew it is true. The funny fact is that I am passing by to that place almost every day, and only that day I saw it. It is amazing what is happening to ourselves when we are truly in alignment with ourselves.

Another Sign Story

I had a bad day at work. Read: it is not the work that is bad, I made the work bad with my attitude. So I was standing there also, wondering when is going to be that day when I am going to become full time entrepreneur, again feeling so tired and frustrated. And when I was at that turbulent state :D. I saw on a bus passing buy on a big billboard, it said: “The game of your life takes courage” I was like omg, is this for real. And a couple of minutes later, I saw again, on a different bus: “Build your future step by step” I couldn”t believe my eyes.

The thing is that these buses were in town every day, I just wasn”t ready for them. But the day when I asked some big questions, someone or something spun my head towards these words. It is incredible. I took these as a signs. Today, I am seeing this same exact signs all the time. It”s like, there are reminding me what really matters, and that is, working on me and my future, taking massive action, and being courageous.

Maybe a year before, I had one more bad day. I was so confused, not knowing what to do, and I asked desperately my grandma who did passed away for a sign, and I heard the words: “Don”t you worry child, God has a plan for you!” of the song that I was just listening. I am sure, she wanted me to hear these words, and of course she made me feel better.

How you can see more signs?

You need to be open to it. Affirm yourself every day: “I am opening myself up to see the signs!” It helps! It really helps. Also, you need to ask for the signs. Ask for them! And they will show. But ask for the specific signs. Signs like, should I go to London or New York to live? That kind of signs. Should I continue to be in relationship with this guy, or should I break up with him? I hope you get the point.

Here are the ways to know when the Universe is trying to tell you something: repeating numbers, songs, printed words, images or visuals, repeating events, finding objects, smells, feelings, repeating obstacles, triggered memories.

  1. Give a certain time frame

Let”s say that to some exact time you need to make a decision and you want universe to guide you prior to that time, just ask for it.

      2. Ask to notice it beyond the shadow of a doubt

You can ask something like. “I want you to be very clear about the sign which you are going to send me, and very specific about my situation, so I know it is meant for me.”

      3. Ask to notice it a specific number of times

“Don”t stop showing me until I got it fully!”

      4. Be open

Open yourself up to see them at all times, every time.

How to change attitude

Being aware of the attitude that you have towards something is everything. People don’t realize their broken or bad attitudes towards something that is not serving them. How do you know if your attitude towards something is good or bad? Simply, your results show. If your money results are good, and you feel happy about it, then your attitude towards money is good, and you should be keeping that attitude.

What is your attitude towards money, relationships, life, work, other people, life, animals, universe, God, etc.? It is important to have an attitude that will work for you, in your favor.

Research! Research about the things that you wanna improve upon. That is how you change your point of view. That is how you broaden your perspective. Isn”t that amazing? Like you can change your attitude in a matter of a day. How? Again, by researching it. There is so many information out there, people that already done what you need improve upon. Just find someone who already did it, ask them how, copy them, and you should witness miracles in your life. Don”t believe me? Test it!

Attitude is just a settled way of thinking or feeling about something, says google. Google terms like this, research about it! Here is the key word, SETTLED! It is a settled way of thinking or feeling, but that necessarily mean it has to forever stay that way, you can change it, only if you truly want to. How bad do you want it? 

It is a settled way of thinking. How you settle by this way of thinking, that is exactly how you can develop another settled way of thinking, but you need to know how, what and why. You need to develop another and think another set of thoughts. Choose the one that does serve you. Choose the one that sparks joy in you. Choose the one that makes you feel good about you, your life, your everything. This is how you change your attitude. By changing your self first. Your thoughts and your actions.

The Importance of Having the Right Attitude in Life. Our attitude is what influences all our actions. It is only the right attitude, which gets us good results. It is not that I hate them, I just think life is too short to listen peoples orders, their wants, and what they would like from us to do. if you decide to stay and grow in your company, you better develop your new fresh and positive attitude, because if you do you might be promoted. Nobody wants to have a negative and bitter coworker.

How I Got Angry At Myself

It is for real. People can get so angry at themselves, but the anger is a good emotion. How come you might be thinking?! Because there is an emotional scale. Anger is better than revenge, hatred, jealousy, insecurity, fear, grief, or depression. Now you see how being angry is better than being depressed.

I was at the job doing some thing, and two of my managers asked me to come over with them. The first thing I thought is: “What did I done wrong?!” I came to them and they just asked me to do something. It was at that moment that I realized how I do not believe in myself, and it was frustrating. All day long I was thinking how I need to do something about it. I need to believe in my capabilities now more than ever. Enough of the insecurities, enough of the doubting. If you have any suggestions about what I should do, please do let me know in a comments below.

Self-doubt can destroy everything that you worked for until now, it is self sabotaging. Why would you not believe in yourself, if you are trying hard at everything that you do?

WHAT DID I DO WITH MY ANGER

I asked myself why I doubted myself at the first place. It is an eye opening question. Why this? Why that? And eventually you will come up with an answer. About two questions you need to ask yourself daily read HERE. Questions are very, very powerful. But you need to ask them sincerely and openly, and don”t be afraid of the answer that you are going to get, because the answer, whatever it is, will set you free.

ANGER IS A ROADBLOCK TO SUCCESS

Study anger. I was so happy when I realized that I still have limiting beliefs, because now I can work on it. Accept it and move on, do it better next time, forget about it. That is such a relieving emotional moment. You are getting so much lighter.

I found an amazing article about anger that you can read HERE. Basically, Marie T. Russell says that you are not angry at the acorn not being yet an oak, and I say, you are not angry at the flower seed, not being yet a beautiful flower. It is a process. Life is a process. Blooming flower is in the process. Growing tree is in the process. You are in the process.

THE TRICK IS TO ACCEPT IT, LEARN FROM IT AND MOVE ON

Many people are mad at themselves because they are mad at themselves. 😀 Like for real! It is O.K. to be mad at yourself. We are the humans with feelings and emotions, feel that feeling, know where did it came from, learn from it and move on.

Everybody gets angry at themselves at one point in time, some very regularly, some very rarely. If it”s very regularly, that just means you are not giving best of yourself, you are dabbling. It is very satisfying to go to bed exhausted knowing that you gave best of yourself, there is no room for anger, just a tiring satisfaction. If you know what I mean?!

So I was doubting myself that I did something wrong. Why would I doubt myself if I know I did not do something wrong? It is mind blowing. I definitely need to do something about it, and start believing in myself, working on that confidence now more than ever, because being confident in yourself is everything. It is everything!

Imagine yourself being 100% confident in your capabilities? You would feel unstoppable. You would feel like nothing can stay on your way to achieve your goals. That is my goal!

We get angry at ourselves because we know we could be doing more. And it is! We are doing best as we can in every single moment.

We can give more of ourselves right now, from now on, best of ourselves. We can! If we chose to.

Most people give half of themselves to everything that they do, but what if they wake up and they give 100% of themselves in everything that they do, it will make them successful instantaneously. Don”t you thing so?! We half-ass everything.

Never half-ass one thing. Whole ass one thing.

If you put 100% in everything that you do, would you be angry at yourself? Of course, not! We tend to beat ourselves up. We tend to procrastinate everything. We think this is not the best time, but when will be that best time? What if tomorrow never comes? Live a life of no regret. Put 100% in everything that you do, and watch how your happiness, excitement and satisfactions grows.

CONCLUSION:

There is no better feeling than going to bed at night tired but satisfied. That feeling of knowing that you put all of yourself in what have you done is priceless.

So if you get angry at yourself  sometimes, look maybe you didn”t gave best of yourself at things that you done today, yesterday or tomorrow. It is O.K. to feel this emotions, it really is, but ask yourself why, and respond honestly. Why am I feeling this way? And how to get to that beautiful and better state as soon as possible? Because that is all that we need.

Motivation for 2020!

Year is just a year. It is what you make out of year. Everybody had a both, good and bad years. Some things you cannot control, and why you would. It is not a good thing trying to control everything around you. You just live this life and give best of yourself in New 2020.

You need to be able to motivate yourself. Nobody is going to come to you and tell you how you must do this or that. You need to find your own reasons to motivate yourself and succeed in life. Really, you, need motivate you.

I believe how we need to make resolutions on a daily basis. If you are going to start new thing first of January, what are the chances you will continue with this resolution all throughout the year? Researches show how 95% of people stop with their resolutions by the 15. of January. Just a 15 days of doing the thing and then giving up. This is exactly why we are not making resolutions anymore, because we know we will not go through.

Make a resolution to be better NOW, every and each moment. This is the secret of life. Every and each moment give best of yourself, but ask yourself first what really matters to you.

Everyday is a fresh start. Everyday you are choosing who you are going to be this day. You may woke up and decide that you are going to apply for a better deserving jobsall day long and feel wonderful. You may decide instead to go to office, spend all day long with your kids. You may be tired of being tired, and you may do whatever it takes to work on your body energy.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

Believe in yourself once and for all. You are here for the reason and purpose. You are for the reason on this planet earth. Believing in yourself is so crucial. Believing in yourself, people will believe in you more. You will automatically act different, talk different and walk different. People will trust in your ability if you believe in yourself.

IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT

No one has dreams like you have yours. No one can dream your dreams, thas is why your dreams are yours. You are not dreaming this dreams, for no reason. You are dreaming your dreams, because they are yours, and you know you are capable of bringing them to fruition.

WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY

The one who have a will, will find a way. Have you ever came across situation that you couldn”t stand anymore, and you decided to do whatever it takes to make it happen, to change, to make situation better? You had a will, and you used all the forces to made that happen. At first you didn”t know the how, but after making that first step, second showed up, third showed up, and after some time, you came out of a difficult situation.

DO NOT WAIT, THE TIME WILL NEVER BE “JUST RIGHT”

I have a purpose and goal about this blog, but still, I know almost nothing about blogging. So, should I just continue or wait to learn what is really like being blogger? Of course not .To wait for something to be sure about, you might wait forever. Everything is unsecure. Life is unsecure. Crossing the street is unsecure. Do not wait for a perfect time, because there is no such thing as perfect time. To do the perfectly right is now, with the tools and resources you have now.

BELIEVE IN THE BEAUTY OF YOUR DREAMS

No one can dream your dreams. You are holding your dreams for some reason and purpose. No one can dream your dreams. Everybody hold dreams that they know they can bring into fruition. You better version of you knows who you are. Don”t stop! Start with a small baby steps. Every day, take small actions towards your goals. It always seems impossible until it”s done

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE STARS, AND YOUR FEET ON THE GROUND

Aim for the moon, if you miss, you may hit a star. While walking on this planet earth, don”t forget to look above you. There is whole different world. Looking at the sky, notice how there is limitless space, what will make you feel better. There is something beautiful when you realize you are drop of the ocean and the ocean as such. Think of yourself as a high valuable person, but also, see others as a special beings as well, and appreciate them for who they are.

Know that days, months and years will pass. What is important is what are you doing with this day today, month and your plans for the year. Live a life of no regrets. You might regret what you did in the past, but the time is now, now you are creating future. Nothing just comes easily, we need to work for it. What it is that you want? Create a list of the things that you want for this year to be. That might be developing new skills, creating a second income or finally graduate. What it is that you really want, and put the time and effort to get it.

For the times that you don”t feel motivated, you just don”t know how to inspire yourself. You need to inspire yourself daily. You need to read blogs, listen podcasts, go to seminars. You need to inspire yourself daily. Let inspire you a life that you know you can live it. Imagine a life of your dreams, know that you can, and let that inspire and motivate you. It is that easy!
