Two Questions You Need To Ask Yourself Daily

It is that easy

Now, you may be wondering, what are these two questions, and why should I ask myself anything? Well, if you don”t ask yourself anything, you might be on a wrong track.

I believe until now, you asked yourself and you continue to ask: “What do I wanna be when I grow up?” But that is it, sadly! Does anyone asked you: “How do you feel now?” I believe there are very rare persons and situations when somebody asked you about how do you feel. Why is that?

Well, that is in the generation of our parents, a generation that didn”t know any better, and that is completely fine. No one is perfect, right? Fortunately, people all over the world are waking up. People want to do the difference in society, and that is a beautiful thing to do.

 

The first question is:

How do I really feel right now?

How do you feel now about yourself, your current situation, and things around you, will really determent what are you going to manifest in the future. Do you feel excitement, joy, happiness, peace, calm, love, trust, hope, or are you feeling sadness, bitterness, overwhelm, tired, fatigue, unmotivated, etc? Which one of those?

Do you see the difference? Notice how do you feel daily, all throughout the day, and if it doesn”t bring you joy, switch it, just focus on the positive, find just one simple and small positive thing, and from there build momentum. That will lead you to one more positive aspect, to one more, to one more, to one more, etc. Do you see the difference? Notice how do you really feel right now, and if that doesn”t serve you, switch to the positive one. Feelings are triggered by emotions. I am sure you can find at least one positive aspect in negative. Dig deeper, and you will find it.

Don”t worry if you are going through tough times right now. There is always positive as well. Do you know about jing-jang sign? Where there is a dark, there is a light. Where there is a cold, there is a warm. Where there is a rain, there is a sunshine. Real matter is, where is your focus?

The second question is:

What would I like to change about myself?

You see, we walk through life unhappy, unsatisfied, and doing nothing about it. Why is that? Because we are fear-full. We fear everything in this world.

For example, I am very indecisive. And that annoys me sometimes. Why I just cannot decide about something and go for it? Maybe because of insecurities that I had back in the days, I don”t know. But lately, I am asking myself questions, and trying to quickly decide by that first answer that pops into my mind, and taking immediate action, trying to get thing done.

Maybe you would like to change your posture, to have a straight back? Just do something every day towards that goal, just 5 minutes. You will feel proud of yourself, and from that point your confidence will skyrocket, what we all want.

 

Choose to feel good about yourself.

It is really that simple. Two questions. How do I really feel with this friend? How do I really feel in this house? How do I really feel in this job? How do I really feel reading this? How do I really feel writing this? Do you see? How do I really feel talking about politics, and worlds biggest problems? Does that serves me?

Every day do some little simple steps to improve your looks, knowledge, temper, character, business, romantic relationships, etc. The thing that you would like to change about yourself.

I would like to ask you now. Are you asking yourself any questions daily? And if you do, what are the questions that you are asking yourself? You are never going to get wrong asking yourself such questions, and wondering about everything that surrounds you.

Do something differently

The only thing we can effectively control is our reactions to whatever life hands us.

FOCUS ON THE PROCESS INSTEAD OF THE OUTCOME.

GOALS ARE NOT OUR LIFE! NOW IS OUR LIFE!

We are not simply machines trying to reach our destination. We are hearts and souls vibrantly connected to everyone and everything around us each moment of the day!

To be spiritual is not to get out of the world, but to be more fully in it – connected, joyful, and abundant.

There is something incredibly magnetic about people who thoroughly enjoy their lives, who are relaxed about outcome, of all their endeavors, and who have an aura of expansion and appreciation. These people automatically seem to draw to themselves the better things in life.

Joy comes from expanding our abilities. We are not meant to be apathetic. We are meant to be used. We are meant to fill the world with caring and excellence in whatever field we choose. When we go for the proverbial jugular, however, it”s our clue that we really don’t feel we are enough. At such times. At such times we need to keep reminding ourselves…

I AM ENOUGH.

FOCUS ON INTERNAL JOY AND SATISFACTION

The dictionary definition of success says nothing about love, joy, contribution, appreciation, and abundance – all internal measures of a life well lived. So as we go about cultivating the externals of our lives we do nothing to cultivate the internals. Again, it”s not that external success is bad; it”s simply that when we focus only outward, we lose the essence of a life well lived and we push away one of our greatest pillars of strength – our Spiritual magnificence.

In our society, we are not trained to use the power of the Spiritual part of who we are – and it is a great power indeed. This is the hidden strength that emerges to lift a car if a loved one is trapped underneath; this is the hidden strength that emerges when we face really difficult times and come out enriched. The spiritual part of who we are holds wisdom beyond our wildest dreams that can lead us to exactly where we need to go for our highest good – if we listen

Because we are not trained to use the power that lies within, we feel weak and overwhelmed much of the time

If we could train that muscle to the Higher Self, we would find our strength returning, and life wouldn’t seem like such a struggle.

In addition, we wouldn’t be so addicted to external gratification. If something didn’t go right in the world out there, we wouldn’t be tossed around like a puppet on a string. We would have a place of peace to which we could return over and over again, the place that gives as the needed assurance that on a Higher plane,

IT”S ALL HAPPENING PERFECTLY.

Embrace the moment

“Anything worth doing is worth doing badly.”

Our goal is to enjoy, not to achieve perfection!

In the end, we have to stop using other people to fill us up. We need to create our own happiness by detaching from our dependency on others. If peace in your heart is dependent on how other people are going to act, you are living in the realm of the Lower Self and you will constantly be in conflict. As you cut that cord, you are free to live in the realm of the Higher Self where your happiness is dependent only on the realization that you are powerful and loving person who has much to give to this world.

Sometimes things work out the way we expect them to, and sometimes they don’t. Whether they do or whether they don’t, holding on to expectations creates an enormous amount of worry, conflict, and struggle.

We don’t enjoy the preparation for our outdoor party as we concern ourselves about the weather. We don’t enjoy the miracle of our children”s growth as we worry about how they will turn out. We don’t enjoy the abundance in our lives now as we worry about the future of our investments. We twist ourselves all out of shape to please our mate so that our marriage will last “until death do us part.” In essence, we lose the freedom to soar that comes from enjoying the vast riches that life has to offer in the here and now.

What if you knew your life would work beautifully even if it rained the day of the party, even if your children didn’t turn out the way you hoped, even if you lost money in your investments, even if your marriage didn’t last? When we let go of our expectations about events in our life being a certain way, we can allow ourselves the peaceful thought that it”s all happening perfectly no matter how it turns out.

Embrace peace

IT”S ALL HAPPENING PERFECTLY!

If you focus on the learning and growing instead of the anger and fear, you lighten up. Life becomes simpler. The reason things happen the way they do unfolds just in the process of living itself. Remember:

While none of us understands the Grand Design, we can commit to using all our experiences, good or bad, as the building blocks of a powerful and loving life. Then it is, indeed, all happening perfectly!

Be careful what you ask for. You might get it!

Since we don’t know in our logical mind what is for our highest good, we indeed have to be very careful about what we ask for. The job that we asked for might turn out to be the proverbial job from hell! The mate we asked for might be the mate from hell! And so on.

When I don’t get something I had been setting my sights on, I have learned to remind myself that obviously something else will come along that will be for my highest good. This wasn’t it. And I stop hanging on to any disappointment I had. If I don’t remind myself of this higher possibility, I suffer much unnecessary pain when things don’t work out as I had planned.

Thoughts are things?!

 

Is it really that way? Do we truly attract what we think about and who we are? I know that like attracts like, but do really thoughts and what we think about shapes our reality?

About the how like attracts like… I’ll never forget that day…I’ve been in one relationship that I didn’t enjoy at all. You might think now: “Why you stayed then?!” I don’t know! I guess I’ve seen just the goods in him, and all the bads I tried to forget, not to focus on. Until one day, I had that aha moment, when I realized that we was perfect match. I didn’t love and appreciate myself, and then he came into my life like a perfect manipulator.

 

Thoughts are not facts!

 

Of course I left him straight after the realization, but the question is still here: “Do we really attract who we are and what we think about?”

Positive thinking: Find happiness and achieve your goals through the power of positive thought

Just a short story about why you should/must think positive if you wanna live positive life.

Because you cannot think/be negative and live positive life. It’s impossible.

That’s the law. You know for the expression; “Like attracts like!”

In order to live positive you gotta think positive. It’s that simple!
