How to trust the universe

Every time you struggle with trusting somebody, or trusting God, Universe, whatever, you should first ask yourself: “Do I trust me?”

And that should be your number one question that you need to ask yourself first. “Do I trust me?”

If anything you want to achieve in life, you need to first become it, and then just BE it. It is that simple!!!

Here is amazing article from the Deepak Chopra about 9 tips to release control and trust the Universe.

It”s all about emotions.

Your emotions are your guidance system. If you feel bad, that just means you are not trusting it. If you feel good, you have belief in it, and you are leaning towards it. It is like a magnet!

Wishing for something, but not believing in it, you are never going to get it. Do you now understand the importance of trusting, having faith and belief? It is huge!

Every action that you take, will lead you towards where you have to end up. So why bother?! Make sure to take massive, and from the point of belief action.

I singed now out loud the song with Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston that I love so much. It is about the belief in yourself, belief in God, belief in the Universe, belief that you deserve all the good that life has to offer. By the way, this is one of my favorite affirmations.

How to surrender to the Universe.

Have you heard a story of the Oprah Winfrey, when she wanted to play a role in the movie “Color Purple”? I think that’s what it was called.

She wanted to be an actress in this movie so badly, and she was doing everything necessary for her to play in the movie.

Basically, she came to the point when nothing seemed to work, and she gave up. She just stopped doing the things, and at that time, her famous song to sing was “I surrender all”.

After some time, maybe even the same day, she received the call from the producer, asking her to come to play in the movie. She was stunned! Isn”t that fascinating? The thing came to her, when she “Let go”.

We don”t know what is going to happen in the next 5 minutes, when we surrender all. We basically let go, and let God!

Here is her amazing story about how to surrender and let go. I like to come to this story once in a while, just to strengthen my belief in the universe:

Trust the universe and go with the flow.

This morning, I woke up at 3 AM with a crazy idea, that we are here only passengers. We are only passing through this life, and that we are only tiny dots in this vast Universe.

It kinda reduced my ego a lot, knowing that nobody is even gonna remember me in a 100 years time.

Laying down in the dark, in the middle of the night, seeing nothing but the dark, and the room that you are in, you came to realization what life truly is.

It is such a fragile thing. You never know what is gonna happen in a 5 minutes time.

So, to trust the Universe, know that you are so loved to be a part of this experience called life. That you have some purpose and meaning to fulfill.

Before you were born, there was the whole world that existed, a history so rich, and look in what we evolved now. Then you happened, for some reason and purpose, because Universe needed you to help other people.

We all feed off each other.

We are only passing through.

Every time you complain, you are not trusting it. When you say it”s hard, you are not believing in it. Every time you are not feeling good, you don”t believe in the process. Know that everything worthwhile takes time, and it is a process.

Meditation.

Meditation can make you aware of your thought. It can shift you in the moment NOW. You hear your breathing, you feel your heart pumping, and these are only two things in the many how you can trust the Universe. Because if you feel only these two things now, there is no tomorrow to worry, and there is no yesterday to blame. I really hope you understand.

You can”t just lay down.

We are the beings of the movement. You can”t expect to trust the Universe, and laying down on the beach. Don”t get me wrong, relaxing is a good thing, but doing nothing, is not going to get you where you want to be. You need to work for it!

What you put in, comes back to you. It is the law!

To sum it all up: The best way to trust the universe is to learn to trust yourself. Rather than just indiscriminately repeating the mantra “let go,” get curious about what specifically is preventing you from stepping up. And then let go of that specific thought, belief, assumption or whatever it is. Source

So do you believe in yourself that you are going to make this thing work, whatever that is? Do you often times disappoint yourself and you not follow through?

Answers to these questions will show you how much you trust yourself that you are going to follow through.

Actually pray.

Know that Universe has your back. You are here for the reason and purpose, and be grateful about that. You don’t need to know all the answers now. Just promise me, don”t stop asking for more.

Prayers are powerful. It is like letting go, and letting God. You are taking burden off off your back, and by praying, you are actually saying: “I am ready for more!”

How To Stop Self Pity

Why it is that we self pity ourselves? Who are we to say we are in unwanted situation? What that even means? There is no positive or negative, only thinking makes it so!

Self pity is coming from thinking small

What do you guys think? There is amazing book about “The magic of thinking big:”

Who are you to think that you are in unwanted situation? I will always say that somebody out there is praying to be in your situation. I hope you are having fun for where are you now, and what your situation is.

True Story

The other day I was walking with friend of mine and she was telling me stories about how stressful she is now that she became pregnant, and how stressful it is to move out to a different house, change the country and stuff like that.

I was like this is stressful to you? How come?! I was thinking this is the ultimate success for me. To have a guy, baby is on the way, planning future… But no!

The very next thing she said to me that many people admire me. Admire me?!?! Who am I to be admired to? I am just an ordinary girl, living by herself, doing her own stuff, going out here and there. There is nothing special in my life.

But it”s wasn”t for her. She admired me that she doesn”t have that freedom that I have right now, she doesn”t have that free will that I have. That was like, woow!

Can you see now that we see success differently?

Emotional Scale

There is something called Emotional Scale believe me or not. 😀 There are many emotions that we experienced until now, or will experience. The problem that we face, is because we stay for too long at one, and that is why we feel stuck.

You need to have a drive, you need to want feel better about yourself no matter what. You are now in the bubble and you feel comfy, because you are lazy to do something about yourself, your life. Isn”t that true!?

It is scary to reach out to a person and ask how, buy that book, because what will my spouse think. Scary to invest that money!

Everything is scary and uncertain, but guess what, we are going to do it anyway, because we have extreme ownership about our lives, extreme.

The most important thing

The quality of your life is the quality of the questions you are asking yourself. In this blog post I talk about the Two Questions You Need To Ask Yourself Daily

If you do this everyday, I promise you, you and your life will shift yesterday. Like you can change your past. hehe Not quite literally, but you get the point.

Everyday, ask yourself: “How do I really feel?” and “How can I make it better?”

Check maybe you are focused only on you

Faith plays huge part

We don’t have a faith in ourselves, that is why we self-pity ourselves, and we don’t believe in God.

Saying that you believe in something and then worrying, self pitying yourself is not a faith. It is contradictory. That is not a real faith.

Everything is interconnected in life.

Ask yourself: “In comparing to what?”

In comparing to not to have your parents alive. Have somebody to sleep with, but you don’t love him or her anymore?

In comparing to what?

There can always be worse. Always! We complain because we think the world is spinning around us, we miss to see that you are not the only individual that is going through tough times.

You are the world yourself, they are the worlds themselves. It is selfish to think you are only one who is in unwanted situation.

Remember this: ” If you feel bad, check maybe you are only focused on you.” And that is so true. We often times can”t see far from us, but there are another world. The are the people that need attention too.

A lesson

He was basically saying that he knows the people who has some physical disabilities, but they decided to make the most out of their lives, see the good in that are they disabled to. Isn”t that fascinating?!

Like how dare ara you saying that you are in unwanted or negative situations?! Look around you! There are the people that sleep under the bridges. Husbands manipulate their wives. Moms have a sick kids. Who are you to think only about you?

You are the world. We are all worlds. Take extreme ownership about your life and keep moving forward, towards the better future.

You are going to feel like imbecile

After studying and researching all those people that they were disabled and in great poverty, but now succeeded, they are happy and they live their lives to the fullest, looking at yourself and your life, you are going to feel like imbecile.

Why we feel sorry for ourselves now and create same situations all over in our head, but instead, look honestly for where we are now, accept that, and then move on, create a better tomorrow? Why?

We don”t believe in God

I am not saying that you should believe in a God, and that God exists, but I am saying that you don”t have a faith in belief in life, in you, the creator that created you for some reason and purpose. We don”t believe in some greater power, and yet we don”t believe in ourselves.

The Power Of Belief

Do you understand that you don”t do those things because you don”t have a belief? You don”t have a belief in yourself, you don”t believe in your dreams. Whatever thing that you are going after, you don”t believe you are capable of doing it.

Isn”t that true or false? You don”t have those things because you lack in faith. Faith that you can. Faith that you deserve, faith that it”s possible.

The power of belief is real

The lifestyle that you are living now is according to your beliefs. You believe you can live that lifestyle, and according to that, you are living it.

If you believe you are worthy and deserving of the better lifestyle, and you are doing something about it, you are taking action, from this point now, to that point there, I believe you can shift yourself within a months.

It is possible. The word impossible says: “I am possible!” Isn”t that an amazing news?

Your only job is get yourself there. How? By taking massive action. Instead of complaining and noticing what is, why don”t you rather take massive action. Only action will get you there, nothing more, nothing less.

Confidence is built also by taking actions. Confidence is built by doing small steps everyday. Little things like saying hi to someone, commenting somebody”s post on Facebook, uploading a picture on Instagram. These are just few of the examples.

  • Belief will take you to the most beautiful places in the world
  • Your health will be great
  • You will have more fun
  • Job will be more joyous
  • Relationships will be fulfilling
  • Overall well being will be great

Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.

Think about it

Would you take that action if you don” believe in your capabilities? Of course, you wouldn”t! We only take those actions that we believe in. You believed you can have a house, it is a norm for you to have it, that is why you live in your own house now.

And the sad truth is = if you don”t believe you can have a house, naturally, you are not going to do anything to get that house. Again, think about it! It is the law!

How to develop an unshakable belief in yourself

  1. Think positive

How can you expect to live positive life if you think negatively? How? You MUST think positively, to be, do and have positive in your life. Someone or something has taught you to think negatively, you are wired to think negatively. So unlearn to think positively.

The good news is that we can change that, but it takes practice, it takes a lot of practice. But it”s worth it. It is definitely worth it.

One exercise that I like to do, and I think it will serve you too: take a rubber band and put around your wrist. Every time you think negative thoughts, you worry about something, or you worry what people might say about you, just snap yourself with this band. It really helps!

You are going to notice after some time very red wrist, and it will sore. Of course that you live how you live, it is showed on your wrist, it manifested physically.

2. Good health

Nobody is going to take good care about you if you don”t do that. Nobody is on your way to save you from the disaster. Take a good care about yourself and your body. Eat regularly and well. Eat all the foods, but stop when you are full.

Drink plenty of water and do some form of the exercise. You are going to feel amazing, I assure you. Spend some time in the nature. If you can, go out every day for a nice brisk short walking. Your future self will thank you for.

3. Feeling good

Feeling good should be your number one priority. I am 100% sure. Think about it! Nobody is going to comfort you, if you don”t comfort yourself.

Now, you might be thinking, what that has to do with the belief, belief in yourself, belief in the better future.

It is actually huge! Why? Because all is interconnected. All! At every given moment, you must ask yourself how do I really feel. If you want to read more about 2 questions you need to ask yourself daily.

What you can do today to move little closer to have a more belief and faith in a better tomorrow? Is it making master plan about your life? What can you do in a 5 years time? What do you really want?

Many people wait for someone or something to believe in themselves. I hope you are not one of them?! Why? Because that someone or something might never come. The truth is harsh, I know! But the truth will set you free, it will, it must.

I waited for so many years that someone to believe in me. I even scheduled a coaching with people from whom I wanted to hear how much they believe in me. They did that for me, of course, but it didn”t last long. After some time, I was back again at my broken mindset, having doubts again.

Ask yourself every day. What can I do today to have more belief in myself, my life, other people, life in general? And to that thing!

This is amazing article that it shows you the examples of the people who achieved impossible. How could they do that? Because they believed it is actually possible for them.

How To Have a Faith In Better Future

Future is inevitable, but you can always have a faith that everything will turn out at it’s best, because it will.

You will end up at the destination anyways, the question is, what destination. I truly believe there is something set in the stone for us, but in most cases, you choose how you are going to react on those situations.

I always say, I will better believe that there is some God who us guiding me, and have a faith in it, than not believing in it, and too late find out that there is something greater than us.

Admit to yourself, would you rather go through life having a faith, and feeling good about it, than realizing that there is a faith, but too late? You better believing now, because you will instantly feel better.

Future is the one that we pursue. I might change direction of my future within a minute. I might now stop writing, and start heading to completely another direction. It’s up to me, and up to you.

You can predict your future, only by creating it. You can predict your future! Only by deciding in what direction you wanna go, and stick to it. It is that simple!

To have a better future, you must wanting it so badly. By badly I think, to have obsession about it, until you find the way how, and start living it.

Faith is something that you can, and you need to practice in order to live faithfully, with peace of mind, and stress free. To have a faith that will everything turn out as it supposed to be, and with some greater purpose, is one of the highest and most powerful emotions that you can ever feel. But you need to work for it. You need to find a way to believe in it. And you need to take action. You need to take action in order to bring something to fruition.

Simply, ask yourself: “Would I feel better having or not having a faith in better future?” If your answer is:”Yes, I believe I would feel much better having a faith in better future.” then find a way for the evidence in better future. Study, for example, those that been through some challenges in their life and how they overcome it. You can read life transformative stories about people that now live completely another reality that they used to live. There is so many ways to learn from others. Be ready and your teacher will appear.

Do you have a faith in not yet seen, or do you have to first see in order to believe? For me, believing is seeing. You need to first believe in order to see.

White Brothers believed there can be something as a airplane. They new they can do it, and now all humanity is flying around in that metal tube, eating peanuts somewhere in the sky, over the universe. They go to toilet, watch movies, do writing, internet surfing, all above us, somewhere way beyond the ground. They had a faith in the flying machine and people traveling all around world. This is so amazing!

I feel much better now having faith and finding evidence that I can. There are so many people walking on this planet not believing in themselves and that is so sad. You came on this planet earth with a reason, and you are loved, you are deeply loved. You wouldn’t come here if no one wanted you, no one believed in you. You are wanted, they believed in you, you are here for some greater reason. Why don’t you think faith and belief about yourself? Just the fact that you are here, walking on this planet, should make you feel better. Are you feeling better right now? Like, believe in yourself, no one else is going to believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself. Everything comes from you. You decide how outside world is going to treat you. But you need to treat YOU!

Believing in yourself, having full trust and faith is something that is coming overtime. You can’t force it! But you need to work for it, and most important, wanting it so badly and finding a way to do it so.

I personally, couldn’t live more not having a faith, I got tired of playing small and worrying what other people think about me. It’s like a being in prison. It’s like a they are possessing you. It’s a hell. Literal!

Future will come. The question is what kind of future?! You and only you can create it, no one else for you. If you wait for somebody and expecting somebody else to believe in you, you will always need that somebody outside to believe in you. That is bullshit! Don’t ever need something from someone. Always have it for yourself first, always.

Faith is something beyond belief. It is like you know it. You don’t have tiny fraction about it. Now, how can you strengthen your faith, belief? Ask yourself? How can I have more belief in myself, world around me, things that I am going through right now? How can I be more faithful?

Think about it! Would you go for a thing not having faith, of course you wouldn’t. So you can’t have those beautiful things not having faith that you can do have it. I am asking you again..

Think about this. Imagine your relationship is falling apart, you lost the job, your kids got sick…would you feel better having a faith that everything will turn out at it’s best possible way? Of course you would. You would feel better in having a faith even though your relationship ended. So why don’t you find a way NOW to feel better, do whatever it takes, to have a faith.

Your better future in the reach of your hand. Just reach it! Open yourself up to it. Decide today that you are not going to live the life of misery and constant struggle. Take a deep breath. Relax. Breathe. What else is more important than you feeling better right now, every time, all the time. How amazing is that! Be in a constant peak state. That is our mission. To radiate, to glow, be positive, uplifting, fun, being inspiration to others. These are the highest emotions ever.

How to change attitude

Being aware of the attitude that you have towards something is everything. People don’t realize their broken or bad attitudes towards something that is not serving them. How do you know if your attitude towards something is good or bad? Simply, your results show. If your money results are good, and you feel happy about it, then your attitude towards money is good, and you should be keeping that attitude.

What is your attitude towards money, relationships, life, work, other people, life, animals, universe, God, etc.? It is important to have an attitude that will work for you, in your favor.

Research! Research about the things that you wanna improve upon. That is how you change your point of view. That is how you broaden your perspective. Isn”t that amazing? Like you can change your attitude in a matter of a day. How? Again, by researching it. There is so many information out there, people that already done what you need improve upon. Just find someone who already did it, ask them how, copy them, and you should witness miracles in your life. Don”t believe me? Test it!

Attitude is just a settled way of thinking or feeling about something, says google. Google terms like this, research about it! Here is the key word, SETTLED! It is a settled way of thinking or feeling, but that necessarily mean it has to forever stay that way, you can change it, only if you truly want to. How bad do you want it? 

It is a settled way of thinking. How you settle by this way of thinking, that is exactly how you can develop another settled way of thinking, but you need to know how, what and why. You need to develop another and think another set of thoughts. Choose the one that does serve you. Choose the one that sparks joy in you. Choose the one that makes you feel good about you, your life, your everything. This is how you change your attitude. By changing your self first. Your thoughts and your actions.

Nobody wants to have a negative and bitter coworker.
