Why I have mixed feelings

It is very important to understand, and to just notice how you feel moment by moment.

Do you sometimes wake up in the morning feeling down? You feel like time is not on your side, and you have a feeling of “something is missing”? Me, many times!

What to do in this case? The moment you realize how you feel, and you know you don’t wanna continue this rout, your shift is happening.

It’s very important to know what you need to do. What should you do to raise your vibe? What you need to do to feel a little bit better?

There was a time that I could survive, feeling amazing, and have a lots of energy with only couple of hours of sleep, but this times has changed.

Now in my 38th year if I don’t sleep at least 8 hours I am going to feel super sensitive, nervous and angry. I am going to look for things that doesn’t work in my life. Who needs that? No one! We need to take time to sleep and rest. I know this is the first for me. Have a quality rest.

Mixed feelings

Sleep, proper rest, and feeling refreshed is crucial, I know in my case.

Mixed emotions can cause many other things as well. Having bad family relationships, a partner that hurt us, friend that laid you down, having problems at work, all that can cause our bad feelings and emotions.

What is in your case? In my, is sleep, and family relationships.

How can we make this better? By having proper rest and just open ourselves up, loving your family for no matter who they are? I think that is the solution. What do you think?”

Things to do when you have a mixed emotions:

  • Go and take a nap
  • Meditate
  • Read a book
  • Take a walk
  • Call a friend
  • Take a bath
  • Watch funny movie
  • Listen music

Mixed feelings can be just about anything. Often times when somebody say that they have mixed feelings, we usually think it’s about their partner, in an early stage of dating, but really, you can have mixed feelings in daily life, just about anything.

One moment you feel excited, one moment confused, the other fearful. Have you ever felt this way? Like you are confused? I believe it’s normal.

How do I really feel and why?

The question above should be asked at least once a day. I mean, asking yourself that question. And if you feel lazy, for example, you can ask yourself question: “Why do I feel lazy?” And so on and so forth.

Really, anything in life can be solved, we only need to work towards that, and the way you are feeling now, should be your number one priority.

7 Law of Attraction Methods that you MUST implement in your daily life

1 – Visualization.

Visualization is incredible and it gives you such an incredible results, it pushes you forward, it makes you feel good, and this is what we want.

All the achievers that we know, who did some amazing things, such as athletes, business people, are swearing in visualization. They say that you first need to see the result in your minds eye, only then you can achieve an incredible results that you want to go after.

I know a lady who is saying that all what she achieved, results that she got, she created. She was saying things like: “I have a books bestsellers.” “Every day I sell hundreds of books.” “I have the most popular Youtube Channel in region.”

What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create. โ€“ Buddha

And it really is, what you see and say, you must manifest.

I learned so much from this book. Creative visualization also, seeing yourself levitating in the space, and watching yourself, your life, helps you so much, understand who you are, and what you”ve been doing. I highly recommend you to practice Creative Visualization.

Plant a strong tree.

2 – New Story.

New story is really talking, and thinking like you are already at the place you want to be, things you want to do, feelings you want to feel, and many more.

Tell stories like you are already there. Feel the feelings.

Instead of “Life sucks” say something like “Life works pretty good for me”. ๐Ÿ™‚ You dictate the way you want o feel.

You plant a seed today, in 5 years you are going to have abundant tree.

3 – Meditation.

For me, meditation is a method to attract what you want in life. Why? Because meditation is making you aware of the things that you are doing wrong, and aware of the things that you are doing right, things that you should be doing more of. You need to let go of the old, in order to make a room for the new. In meditation, you really realize your behaviors, you let go of the old that doesn”t serve you anymore, and you realize of the new, that you really want to implement in your life.

4 – It”s done!

It”s done is a method that Abraham, Jerry, and Esther Hicks recommend you to live by. Examples; if you are waiting to graduate at the college, repeat to yourself, remind yourself that it is done. Waiting to find that perfect partner for life? It is done! You are already having her/him. So live it! The Universe is dying to give you what you want. What do you really want?

5 – Later Gater!

Later Gater is a method for the days and times you worry. We all know what worry does to us, right? It puts us in “I can”t do nothing about that!” mode, but that is far from the truth.

What if in the times of worry, we just say to ourselves: “Later Gater!” and we go to do something that we actually enjoy doing, distract ourselves from the worry about future or past.

What you can do to distract yourself from the worry, and actually enjoy your life, put the worries on hold, is: laying down on your bed and listening music, go for a walk and listening music, read a book of your interest, watch movies that you like, dance, go out with the friends…

6 – Thinking like you got the Euro Jackpot.

If you have a money issues, or even if you don”t, think like you won the lottery. But in a way like, you are going to get the money in a month from now.

We all know that, when somebody wins the lottery, they don”t get their money straight away, but in a month, or even two months time.

And so, whenever you caught yourself in a money worries, just stop, and say to yourself something like: “Ok, I lack in money right now, but soon I am going to be rich forever. I will never again have to worry about where is money going to come from.”

We need to stop worry at all costs. Trick your mind about the situation you are going through. Know that all is just temporary

7 – Scripting.

You are going to fell in love with scripting. While writing things that you want to experience will bring you such beautiful emotions while writing. Watch how you feel while scripting about your ideal life.

I like to write a little every day. Write what good is in your life. Write your plans for the future. Places you want to go, things you want to experience, what are you fearful of… These are all the things that you can write down, and many more, in order to create a better tomorrow for yourself, your family and friends.

Reacting vs Responding

Do you know what is the difference between reacting and responding? The difference is huge. That is why these are two different words with a completely different reactions to same situation.

I found on a google the difference. The exact difference. Here is what our dear friend google says about these two:

There is a huge difference between reacting and responding. A reaction is typically quick, without much thought, tense and aggressive. A response is thought out, calm and non-threatening. A reaction typically provokes more reactions โ€“ perpetuating a long line of hatefulness with nothing accomplished.

You can really choose how you are going to respond to certain situation. I had a situation today, that somebody will freak out, but not me, not anymore.

My dear dear friend moved abroad. I miss this guy a lot. I could tell him whatever was on my mind and I miss him. Today, I send him over a messageย  to call me, not even realizing that he is back at home. He came back! I was very surprised. I didn”t know as he didn”t told me. And then he was saying how he is here just for a day, getting ready to go with his sister to town. And we are not having time to meet. He is busy. Me, not expecting anything.

A year ago, I would be disappointed, but not today.

Today, I know that I should respect somebody”s decisions and time. I am not expecting from someone to run after me. I am really good with everything. In fact, I am proud of myself how I responded knowingly that there wasn”t enough time to see each other.

Moreover, he had a time to meet our mutual friend, but not me again.

The difference between me and somebody else is that I don”t take things personally anymore. It is so crucial to know that is not all about us. Ego! Our ego! I know I am the ocean, but also and drop of the ocean. I know he loves me and that is all what matters. Really, what else is important? Nothing!

It is always better to sleep on something. I always say, mornings are much more wiser than evenings. We tend to react fired on, without having much thought about the consequences. We all know that we can hurt somebody saying something.

I remember myself back in a days as a kid. I still hear sometimes how my school mate is teasing me about my hair. Whatever someone told you in a past, I believe you still hear in your head. So, today, think before you react and respond thinking first.
