The power of focus

Focus is huge. How many times you were completely focused on something? You were so interested in the listening to conversation, for example, that you couldn”t hear somebody outside calling you?

I know my sister was often numb, if I can say this way. We were calling her for a minutes, but she always had that look, like she is busy in thinking something else, contemplating, she had always had that imaginary look.

In this video below, I talk about all the things that I could remember about being focused. I really hope you will like it, and that is going to be of great value to you.

I will never forget a Jim Rohn saying in one of the videos on Youtube. When he was with his kids, he was thinking office. Being in the office, he thought of being with his kids instead.

Do you see how this habit is broken, not good? You are going to be always in lack. You will never actually experience all that you are working on, or experience in the full.

Book atomic habits is huge. We are sum of the habits that we were doing for the years, but that can be changed. What would you like to change in your every day life? Tell us honestly!

Many people lack in direction, that is why they never reach their goal, or most importantly, they are never really focused. Confusion and indecisiveness is a problem in them. They often only wonder, never taking any massive action.

I don”t know have you heard about the Tony Robbins. Most probably you did, reading this Personal Development blog. He promotes a massive action, he is a massive action freak. We need to take massive action towards the things that we want.

Where your focus goes energy flows.

I don’t know about you, but I often times think in term, how there is an Africa out there, people living in poverty, even though I cannot see it with my naked eye.

It is not in my focus, but there also in another country is my mom and dad, now sitting on a terrace and enjoying their coffee. Isn”t that amazing?! Things and people are happening anyway, despite of we see them or not.

Your focus and attention now determines how you are going to live in the future.

2 people walking along are going to influence one another. The only question is, which one of them is going to be more dominant.

If you are one who is more dominant, your walking partner will have all his or her attention on you, and what you have to say, their all focus will be on you.

You be that dominant person at put all your attention on the good that you do.

People, circumstances, and life in general shaped us for who we are now.

What or who you wanna become in the future? Decide today, and put all your focus on that. Study it, be in it, learn it, try it, and you shall become. It is the law!

Focus on the good within people, and they will feel that. I had so many people challenges. Working with very fat people, slumpy people, stupid people, but instead, I chose to focus on the good in them. And guess what, we had amazing relationship all along. We were amazing teams!

You can see also the power of focus by focusing only on the red color around you.

Do this exercise now: Look around yourself and look for the red, only look for the red color. How many objects that you see are red?

Now tell me what are the yellow that you saw? The chance is, that you didn’t saw any yellow. Why? Because you were looking only for red. And you get what you focus on.

Take care of your body

You must sleep 7 to 9 hours a day to be able to be fully focused on what you do. Your mind has to be sharp, and you cannot do that, if you didn’t have enough sleep. It is that simple!

Go to bed at the same time each evening. For example, I go to bed every night at 9 pm. I first read 30 minutes, and then I am ready to sleep. If I cannot fall asleep in 15 minutes time, I would take a book again, and read for another 30 minutes. 15 minutes rest again, and trying to fall asleep again, and so on.

It works for me. I hope it will work for you too.

The only goal is to be well restful. You can also do the thing like “power nap” in the afternoon. I do that as well. But I meditate. And it is like a reset, it’s like you are starting fresh.

One more thing that you can do, is putting your phone behind the laptop screen while you working. It does miracles to me. You don”t have a temptation to check the notifications, but to be fully focused on what you do.

Out of your sight, out of your mind.

You only check your phone if you hear actual notification. Even more, you can turn off all your sounds, and not check your phone at all until the work is done.

Focus can bring you so far. What do you want? What do you really, really want?

Focus is a skill that can be learned overtime. You only need to put the time and effort in it. Work on it every day.

I like to focus myself on what I do lately so often. For example, if I sat down 2 hours for writing, I am not going to go to check my hair 😀 (I know :D), or I am not going to respond to that received message if it”s not important.

The Power Of Belief

Do you understand that you don”t do those things because you don”t have a belief? You don”t have a belief in yourself, you don”t believe in your dreams. Whatever thing that you are going after, you don”t believe you are capable of doing it.

Isn”t that true or false? You don”t have those things because you lack in faith. Faith that you can. Faith that you deserve, faith that it”s possible.

The power of belief is real

The lifestyle that you are living now is according to your beliefs. You believe you can live that lifestyle, and according to that, you are living it.

If you believe you are worthy and deserving of the better lifestyle, and you are doing something about it, you are taking action, from this point now, to that point there, I believe you can shift yourself within a months.

It is possible. The word impossible says: “I am possible!” Isn”t that an amazing news?

Your only job is get yourself there. How? By taking massive action. Instead of complaining and noticing what is, why don”t you rather take massive action. Only action will get you there, nothing more, nothing less.

Confidence is built also by taking actions. Confidence is built by doing small steps everyday. Little things like saying hi to someone, commenting somebody”s post on Facebook, uploading a picture on Instagram. These are just few of the examples.

  • Belief will take you to the most beautiful places in the world
  • Your health will be great
  • You will have more fun
  • Job will be more joyous
  • Relationships will be fulfilling
  • Overall well being will be great

Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.

Think about it

Would you take that action if you don” believe in your capabilities? Of course, you wouldn”t! We only take those actions that we believe in. You believed you can have a house, it is a norm for you to have it, that is why you live in your own house now.

And the sad truth is = if you don”t believe you can have a house, naturally, you are not going to do anything to get that house. Again, think about it! It is the law!

How to develop an unshakable belief in yourself

  1. Think positive

How can you expect to live positive life if you think negatively? How? You MUST think positively, to be, do and have positive in your life. Someone or something has taught you to think negatively, you are wired to think negatively. So unlearn to think positively.

The good news is that we can change that, but it takes practice, it takes a lot of practice. But it”s worth it. It is definitely worth it.

One exercise that I like to do, and I think it will serve you too: take a rubber band and put around your wrist. Every time you think negative thoughts, you worry about something, or you worry what people might say about you, just snap yourself with this band. It really helps!

You are going to notice after some time very red wrist, and it will sore. Of course that you live how you live, it is showed on your wrist, it manifested physically.

2. Good health

Nobody is going to take good care about you if you don”t do that. Nobody is on your way to save you from the disaster. Take a good care about yourself and your body. Eat regularly and well. Eat all the foods, but stop when you are full.

Drink plenty of water and do some form of the exercise. You are going to feel amazing, I assure you. Spend some time in the nature. If you can, go out every day for a nice brisk short walking. Your future self will thank you for.

Feeling good should be your number one priority. I am 100% sure. Think about it! Nobody is going to comfort you, if you don”t comfort yourself.

Now, you might be thinking, what that has to do with the belief, belief in yourself, belief in the better future.

It is actually huge! Why? Because all is interconnected. All! At every given moment, you must ask yourself how do I really feel. If you want to read more about 2 questions you need to ask yourself daily.

What you can do today to move little closer to have a more belief and faith in a better tomorrow? Is it making master plan about your life? What can you do in a 5 years time? What do you really want?

Many people wait for someone or something to believe in themselves. I hope you are not one of them?! Why? Because that someone or something might never come. The truth is harsh, I know! But the truth will set you free, it will, it must.

I waited for so many years that someone to believe in me. I even scheduled a coaching with people from whom I wanted to hear how much they believe in me. They did that for me, of course, but it didn”t last long. After some time, I was back again at my broken mindset, having doubts again.

Ask yourself every day. What can I do today to have more belief in myself, my life, other people, life in general? And to that thing!

This is amazing article that it shows you the examples of the people who achieved impossible. How could they do that? Because they believed it is actually possible for them.

If you have both arms and legs, you can create miracles for yourself and the people around you. What are you going to do today to move yourself closer to the believing in yourself even more?

How To Manage Time Effectively

Time is so precious! Do you understand why? Because you are never going to be able to take your spent time back. It is gone! Scary thing, right?

Scary thing is, that the moment we are born, we are getting older. Isn’t that the scariest?! But it’s true! So it matters how you spend your time.

The funny fact is, that you and me cannot manage time, but ourselves. What matters is = what we are doing now. So learn how to manage you, now!

I think you need to want to be productive, you need to want to get things done, work towards something, because if time doesn”t have any meaning to you, you are just going to be lazy, look for excuses, and you are going to end up nowhere.

Good question that you can ask yourself is: “What is it that I am doing right now, and how is that important, or not important to me?”

The Most Effective Way To Schedule a Day and Get Things Done

What i like to do, is set block of times every day. So let”s say, I woke up at 6AM, and I am going to get ready for the day until 8AM. So 2 hours time to get ready for the day.

In this 2 hours chunk of time, I am going to do all the possible things to get myself ready for the day, no matter what.

I will do my yoga, meditation, journaling, shower, breakfast, make-up, dressing up, priming for the day…

Now, what you can do, is jump on the most important or urgent thing or task first. That can be anything. Going for the grocery shopping, bring your kids to the school, answer emails…

When you get this done, now you can jump on one of the other projects for two more hours, then stop. Now again, is it a lunch time and you are hungry? Then eat! Do some stretch! Do whatever has to be done urgent, and only after that, jump on the same project, or a new one, for 2 more hours, and do that until the evening, when is time to go to sleep. I really hope you get the point.

Below is a-a-amazing video on youtube about how successful people manage their time. What didn”t surprise me at all, is that most successful people don”t do their to do lists, but rather, they work from calendar, they work on the things that are most urgent.

So if you do a To-do list, and if you feel overwhelmed or stressful, just stop creating one, because that is a sign that you should stop.

Rather, create a day like blocks of time. How to do that, read again paragraph just above the title called: “The most effective way to schedule a day and get things done”.

Let”s say you do a To-do list. You do the list either early in the morning upon waking up, or the day before, in the evening. You would put the things that has to be first done, then the second, then the third thing, and so on.

How many times you found yourself stressed out, because for example, the second thing that you scheduled all of a sudden is not that urgent, but rather something else showed up. I believe you would find yourself confused.

I was one of them – confused people. Putting on my To-do list washing laundry, doing nails, taking shower. That is such a waste of energy and time. Like before you are going to leave the house, of course you will wash your face. 😀

Now when I wake up, I do the things around the business task. If I decided the first business that I am going to do is create a youtube video, I will naturally do all the things that has to be done in order to deliver an amazing video such as showering, doing my make-up, nails, etc. I hope you get the point!

Hard Truth

Have you ever heard a clock ticking off, and had that feeling of time running away, the time slipping? It is very scary thing! At least for me.

Do you like the quote above, about not spending your time, but rather investing? This is so smart. Why? Because you wanna go through life and do something meaningful, you don”t wanna spend your time, just for the sake of spending it. You want to invest in your time wisely and do some meaningful stuff.

Time management is the coordination of tasks and activities to maximize the effectiveness of an individual’s efforts. Essentially, time management is enabling people to get more and better work done in less time.

How do you spend your days? Are you mindlessly scrolling Facebook and Instagram, or are you doing something that will better your future. What is it that is on your mind day to day basis?

Story

I was talking with my work colleague yesterday, about how do we spend our days before work, what we do, and how long do we sleep.

She asked me, like how do I do all this things before work? How do I have time to cook, work on my laptop, time to meditate 15 minutes, do my yoga stretches half and hour, call my mother? And all that before 1AM.

Because these are the things that I value! These are the things that are important to me! And this is me. Scrolling mindlessly through Social Media accounts is not me, and that is exactly why I don”t do these things.

Me is working on my businesses, me is working to better my future. That is me!

Really, what you do right now, that is you. I am not saying that this is going to stay like that forever, but we are all in our point in lives when we feel like doing some things, and yet another, we don”t feel like doing. And that is ok!

So, if you don”t like where you are in life right now, know that you can change, literally in another minute you can become somebody completely different. And that is beauty of life. We have a choice!

How To Have a Faith In Better Future

Future is inevitable, but you can always have a faith that everything will turn out at it’s best, because it will.

You will end up at the destination anyways, the question is, what destination. I truly believe there is something set in the stone for us, but in most cases, you choose how you are going to react on those situations.

I always say, I will better believe that there is some God who us guiding me, and have a faith in it, than not believing in it, and too late find out that there is something greater than us.

Admit to yourself, would you rather go through life having a faith, and feeling good about it, than realizing that there is a faith, but too late? You better believing now, because you will instantly feel better.

Future is the one that we pursue. I might change direction of my future within a minute. I might now stop writing, and start heading to completely another direction. It’s up to me, and up to you.

You can predict your future, only by creating it. You can predict your future! Only by deciding in what direction you wanna go, and stick to it. It is that simple!

To have a better future, you must wanting it so badly. By badly I think, to have obsession about it, until you find the way how, and start living it.

Faith is something that you can, and you need to practice in order to live faithfully, with peace of mind, and stress free. To have a faith that will everything turn out as it supposed to be, and with some greater purpose, is one of the highest and most powerful emotions that you can ever feel. But you need to work for it. You need to find a way to believe in it. And you need to take action. You need to take action in order to bring something to fruition.

Simply, ask yourself: “Would I feel better having or not having a faith in better future?” If your answer is:”Yes, I believe I would feel much better having a faith in better future.” then find a way for the evidence in better future. Study, for example, those that been through some challenges in their life and how they overcome it. You can read life transformative stories about people that now live completely another reality that they used to live. There is so many ways to learn from others. Be ready and your teacher will appear.

Do you have a faith in not yet seen, or do you have to first see in order to believe? For me, believing is seeing. You need to first believe in order to see.

White Brothers believed there can be something as a airplane. They new they can do it, and now all humanity is flying around in that metal tube, eating peanuts somewhere in the sky, over the universe. They go to toilet, watch movies, do writing, internet surfing, all above us, somewhere way beyond the ground. They had a faith in the flying machine and people traveling all around world. This is so amazing!

I feel much better now having faith and finding evidence that I can. There are so many people walking on this planet not believing in themselves and that is so sad. You came on this planet earth with a reason, and you are loved, you are deeply loved. You wouldn’t come here if no one wanted you, no one believed in you. You are wanted, they believed in you, you are here for some greater reason. Why don’t you think faith and belief about yourself? Just the fact that you are here, walking on this planet, should make you feel better. Are you feeling better right now? Like, believe in yourself, no one else is going to believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself. Everything comes from you. You decide how outside world is going to treat you. But you need to treat YOU!

Believing in yourself, having full trust and faith is something that is coming overtime. You can’t force it! But you need to work for it, and most important, wanting it so badly and finding a way to do it so.

I personally, couldn’t live more not having a faith, I got tired of playing small and worrying what other people think about me. It’s like a being in prison. It’s like a they are possessing you. It’s a hell. Literal!

Future will come. The question is what kind of future?! You and only you can create it, no one else for you. If you wait for somebody and expecting somebody else to believe in you, you will always need that somebody outside to believe in you. That is bullshit! Don’t ever need something from someone. Always have it for yourself first, always.

Faith is something beyond belief. It is like you know it. You don’t have tiny fraction about it. Now, how can you strengthen your faith, belief? Ask yourself? How can I have more belief in myself, world around me, things that I am going through right now? How can I be more faithful?

Think about it! Would you go for a thing not having faith, of course you wouldn’t. So you can’t have those beautiful things not having faith that you can do have it. I am asking you again..

Think about this. Imagine your relationship is falling apart, you lost the job, your kids got sick…would you feel better having a faith that everything will turn out at it’s best possible way? Of course you would. You would feel better in having a faith even though your relationship ended. So why don’t you find a way NOW to feel better, do whatever it takes, to have a faith.

Your better future in the reach of your hand. Just reach it! Open yourself up to it. Decide today that you are not going to live the life of misery and constant struggle. Take a deep breath. Relax. Breathe. What else is more important than you feeling better right now, every time, all the time. How amazing is that! Be in a constant peak state. That is our mission. To radiate, to glow, be positive, uplifting, fun, being inspiration to others. These are the highest emotions ever.

What Is Success?

Success for you doesn”t necessarily means success for me. What is success for you, it might not be for somebody else, and that is all there is.

There is no destination for everything. Once you reach destination, you are not going to be more happy than you are now. You simply won”t. Look at success as a journey. There is no end to your goals. Once you reach your goals, you will want to reach some other, new goals. It is about the journey. It is about be, do and have better than yesterday. It is about growing and evolving every day.

What it is that you wanna achieve in the future? A stay at home mother of 5 and the one who is into career, can be equally happy. You need to define what success means to you.

Successful people are not going to talk about the success at last, but about the journey that they been through, challenges that they faced and they stood up, stronger than ever.

Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”

What are some signs that you will be successful in the future? You are super competitive. You know how to outwork everyone. You know the things, you know them in full.

Success is all about mental state. It is a state that you either feel or not feel successful. It is how you look at things.

I am sitting now at the airport waiting for my flight and I feel quite successful, even thought for some I might not look successful, I don”t have a house, car and all the exotic vacations, but I managed to be successful in all the undertakings.

There are the ways that you can discover what truly matters to you, and what success means for you. It is about asking yourself questions, powerful questions that will reveal who you truly are and what are your values.

Questions that you need to ask yourself in order to discover what success truly means to you are:

I am suggesting that you take a notebook or piece of paper and start writing your answers. Really, and truly, be honest with yourself, and write like there is no tomorrow. Be completely and utterly honest with yourself.

One more things that is really important is that you need to be specific. You can”t just say that you want happiness. You need to be clear to say what things you do to make you happy, with whom and where.

I will never forget when I asked a friend of mine a question related to her work. I wasn”t ask specific question, and guess what, I didn”t get specific answer, not the one that satisfied me, or answered to my question. The day I realized that I need to ask more specific questions, changed entire course of my life.

There are many aspects of life that we need to manage well in order to find happiness, true fulfillment and success. We are body, mind and spirit and we need to feed all three in order to function well. It is the same with life. Just some of the life aspects are: work (your career), health (your physical health), learning (your personal development), social (your relationships with others), spiritual (your relationship with the greater power).

You need to find a way to feed all 5. If you are into spirituality and you are learning all about this, that wont bring you any good in your health or career.

I made a Youtube video about this topic, and I am really passionate about this because it is the thing that all should consider to think about it. We need to define what success means to us.

Success can mean: feeling that tingle of excitement about what you do, sticking with what matters through hard times, living a life you can feel proud of in retrospect.

Success provides confidence, security, a sense of well-being, the ability to contribute at a greater level, hope and leadership. Without success, you, the group, your company, your goals, dreams and even entire civilizations cease to survive.

Success can mean: feeling that tingle of excitement about what you do, sticking with what matters through hard times, living a life you can feel proud of in retrospect. These talks say it all.

What will lead you to success is: Passion, Work, Focus, Persist, Ideas, Good, Push and Serve.

There is no success if you are not doing anything without passion. You need to be led by love and passion in order to feel and be successful. Work, work, work, nothing without work. I know! There is no easy way to success, but always hard work will guarantee you success. Focus! You need to keep the focus on what and why do you want it. People who have a laser focus to the goal that they wanna achieve never miss the target.

Persistence in everything is the key. To fail, but to stood up is the key to success. You are building confidence by that. Soon after you are realizing that a lion lies within you. Ideas, you gotta have ideas. You need to relax in order ideas to flow to you. Everything in life that you see now someone sometime had an idea in his mind.

You need to be good at it, and the only way to become good at something is practice, practice, practice. In the times that you feel down you need to find that last atom of the energy and push yourself to continue with your work. Serving people is the best and easiest way to get to the riches.
