3 ways to be more courageous

1. The first way is to know that you are not going to live this life forever, and being in this body forever. Many people live like they are going to live forever. You are not! They are not! Not in this body, time, space, reality. Just go for the things that you really really want. Know that failure is the part of the process, that will led you to the place where you really wanna be. Universe loves the ones who are courageous, who are being themselves, and those that take actions. Universe loves and gives support to those who are going after the things. Universe is sending them people, circumstances, options and showing the way to go. It”s like a total support, push, wind on your back.

Let”s repeat again. The first way to be more courageous is to know that you are not going to live this life forever and that you have only this life now. I try to live the life of no regrets. And in order to live the life of no regrets, giving myself fully, in any situation, I go for the things, if they are really interesting to me. I try to make them work. Giving myself all into it.

2. Be willing to look stupid. I am going through some things right now, where I came to a point, that I can”t be something person is expecting me for. I tried to pretend like everything is fine, and it worked for couple of days, but then, I wanted more. I needed to look stupid, cry like a river, but open myself up to the person and be completely honest, about what am I going through. Explain that this is not me, and that I want more.

What are the things you wanna pursue, but you are afraid of looking stupid? Maybe you wanna start your own business. You wanna build your audience, but you are afraid of looking stupid, and that people might judge you. Don”t know where to start, you are trying all kinds of things, different ways, to what is my opinion, is that; If you are trying to build your business helping others, and be honest and sincere, try to help your customers, then there is nothing wrong with that. I always say; selling is helping.

3. The fact that you are reading this, I assume that you wanna learn, grow and push yourself. Is that right? I wanted to do this as well, but I knew in order to do that I had to face some fears and do the things anyway. I wanted to give a guy my number, and it took me two months to collect some courage and I finally did it. Do I need to tell you how I felt afterwards?! Amazing! It was like I reached the mountain top. I gained tremendous amount of confidence.

The second biggest fear that I faced after I gained courage is that I jumped over the biggest bridge in Croatia. I will never forget the feeling standing on edge. Feeling tremendous amount of fear, my heart was beating like a hard rock festival, it felt like it”ll jump out of my chest, feeling that I will never forget.

Now, to be more courageous is about doing every single day some small little actions. That is what I think! What it is that you think? You are not going to wake up one day, feeling courageous like never before. It is working on being more courageous every single day, and naturally, over some time, courage will be your second nature. What do you think about this? And what it is that you are doing every single day in order to achieve that? Because hey, to get some bigger things, you need to act and be bigger. That is the way!

Interestingly, the very experience of fear itself is the tip-off moment, the signal that a possibility for action is opening up and so a choice needs to be made.

I did yesterday something that I never did before. I asked a guy that I was dating with 10 months to be my boyfriend and I asked him to live with me. He rejected me, but I got great amount of courage and confidence in me after that. Of course I was feeling sad, but I knew that I needed to do that, in order to continue to grow and to be stronger. I know now, how to handle beginning of my next relationship. And what is most important, I knew I need to have a courage, face the fear of rejection and ask anyway, because I knew that will bring me peace of mind, and it did. I feel happy now. I didn”t even drop a tear since that time.

I love love love to write here. And I love to share what am I going through right now, or any time later, I will continue to write here, because it feels so good. Imagine you now writing something, and the person from another side of the world reads it, and helps him or her, but it takes courage to open yourself up, and share your stories. Do you like to read and listen other peoples stories? My blog reads only 5 visitors a day, but I have courage to continue writing, and I think that is the best way to be recognized after some time, because I had a courage to continue no matter what circumstances right now.

Focus is defined as to concentrate on something in particular. Focus  is defined as to bring into view. An example of focus is to put all of one’s energy into a science project. An example of focus is to adjust a microscope to better see a specimen.

Focus is so important because it is the gateway to all thinking: perception, memory, learning, reasoning, problem solving, and decision making. Without good focus, all aspects of your ability to think will suffer.

Affirmations are very very powerful. You affirming yourself every day not even releasing. You tell yourself either you are smart or dumb. Why would you not affirm yourself you are smart? What Is Success?

Success for you doesn”t necessarily means success for me. What is success for you, it might not be for somebody else, and that is all there is.

There is no destination for everything. Once you reach destination, you are not going to be more happy than you are now. You simply won”t. Look at success as a journey. There is no end to your goals. Once you reach your goals, you will want to reach some other, new goals. It is about the journey. It is about be, do and have better than yesterday. It is about growing and evolving every day.

What it is that you wanna achieve in the future? A stay at home mother of 5 and the one who is into career, can be equally happy. You need to define what success means to you.

Successful people are not going to talk about the success at last, but about the journey that they been through, challenges that they faced and they stood up, stronger than ever.

Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”

What are some signs that you will be successful in the future? You are super competitive. You know how to outwork everyone. You know the things, you know them in full.

Success is all about mental state. It is a state that you either feel or not feel successful. It is how you look at things.

I am sitting now at the airport waiting for my flight and I feel quite successful, even thought for some I might not look successful, I don”t have a house, car and all the exotic vacations, but I managed to be successful in all the undertakings.

There are the ways that you can discover what truly matters to you, and what success means for you. It is about asking yourself questions, powerful questions that will reveal who you truly are and what are your values.

Questions that you need to ask yourself in order to discover what success truly means to you are:

I am suggesting that you take a notebook or piece of paper and start writing your answers. Really, and truly, be honest with yourself, and write like there is no tomorrow. Be completely and utterly honest with yourself.

One more things that is really important is that you need to be specific. You can”t just say that you want happiness. You need to be clear to say what things you do to make you happy, with whom and where.

I will never forget when I asked a friend of mine a question related to her work. I wasn”t ask specific question, and guess what, I didn”t get specific answer, not the one that satisfied me, or answered to my question. The day I realized that I need to ask more specific questions, changed entire course of my life.

There are many aspects of life that we need to manage well in order to find happiness, true fulfillment and success. We are body, mind and spirit and we need to feed all three in order to function well. It is the same with life. Just some of the life aspects are: work (your career), health (your physical health), learning (your personal development), social (your relationships with others), spiritual (your relationship with the greater power).

You need to find a way to feed all 5. If you are into spirituality and you are learning all about this, that wont bring you any good in your health or career.

I made a Youtube video about this topic, and I am really passionate about this because it is the thing that all should consider to think about it. We need to define what success means to us.

Success can mean: feeling that tingle of excitement about what you do, sticking with what matters through hard times, living a life you can feel proud of in retrospect.

Success provides confidence, security, a sense of well-being, the ability to contribute at a greater level, hope and leadership. Without success, you, the group, your company, your goals, dreams and even entire civilizations cease to survive.

Success can mean: feeling that tingle of excitement about what you do, sticking with what matters through hard times, living a life you can feel proud of in retrospect. These talks say it all.

What will lead you to success is: Passion, Work, Focus, Persist, Ideas, Good, Push and Serve.

There is no success if you are not doing anything without passion. You need to be led by love and passion in order to feel and be successful. Work, work, work, nothing without work. I know! There is no easy way to success, but always hard work will guarantee you success. Focus! You need to keep the focus on what and why do you want it. People who have a laser focus to the goal that they wanna achieve never miss the target.

Persistence in everything is the key. To fail, but to stood up is the key to success. You are building confidence by that. Soon after you are realizing that a lion lies within you. Ideas, you gotta have ideas. You need to relax in order ideas to flow to you. Everything in life that you see now someone sometime had an idea in his mind.

You need to be good at it, and the only way to become good at something is practice, practice, practice. In the times that you feel down you need to find that last atom of the energy and push yourself to continue with your work. Serving people is the best and easiest way to get to the riches.

I am going to be reviewing a book that I loved so much. It is called You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero. I like the funniness of the Jen Sincero and her style of writing. She is talking how you can kick the ass of fear, stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life.

I am still under the impression of the book. Liked it a lot. The advises are very easy and understandable, followed with her life experiences.

If you are planing to write a book just look at the contents on the first pages of the books that you have, and you will see how are they organised. There are the parts, and then the chapters.

Jen wrote a 5 parts, and then the all parts have 6 or 7 chapters. The first part is about: “How You Got This Way”, second “How To Embrace Your Inner Badass” then the “How To Tap Into The Inner Motherlode”, How To Get Over Your B.S. Already”, “How To Kick Some Ass”.

If you want to live a life you”ve never lived, you have to do things you”ve never done.

Part 1: How You Got This Way

We are all programmed to think how we are just our bodies and names of that body, but we are much more. We are the creators. My body”s name is Maja. But who is My? I am much much more than the things I do. I am much much more than I think I am. Other people programmed us, our parents, friends, society, but doesn”t have to stay this way. Do whatever it takes to work on your beliefs from now on, stretch yourself every day and help others do the same. Help them realize the stories that they saying to themselves. That they are much much more than their “weaknesses”.

All of us are connected to this limitless power and most of us aren”t using but a fraction of it.

You cannot create a future focusing on the past. You need to live in the present and constantly being focused to surrender on what it is, buy keep an eye of what you want to create tomorrow.

Part 2: How To Embrace Your Inner Badass

  1. APPRECIATE HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE

There is no other person that look and act like you. You are very special, unique and authentic. And please, from now on appreciate that. You are the only you that will ever be. You are kind of a big deal. That special you are. Never forget that.

You are responsible for what you say and do. You are not responsible for whether or not people freak out about it.

2. DROWN YOURSELF IN AFFIRMATIONS

Affirmations definitely work. I know for myself. I am repeating affirmations every day, talking out loud, or silently, and it feels amazing. I am at the point now when I am starting to believe all the things that I was saying  to myself.

Now, why you should affirm yourself? You”ve been living a lie, talking about yourself all the stuff that are half truth. You are so much more than you think you are. You are a miracle! You are that special. You are not your name, you are not your style, you are not your degree, you are not your role. You are so much more!

3. DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE

Take care of yourself as if you”re the most wonderful person you ever met. If you like going to live music and you don”t remember when you been last time, now is the time. Why would you not go? If this is something that you really like, why would you stop going there? Nobody is going to bring you to the live music, you need to bring yourself. Go to the live music tonight, and notice how wonderful it is.

4. FIND A REPLACEMENT

Listen to your thoughts. I mean, really listen to them. What are you saying to yourself when you do some “mistake”? What are you saying yourself for the days not being proactive? What are you saying to yourself after kicking of something of kitchen counter? All that really matters. What are you really saying to yourself, is of big importance. Find a replacement. And say something nice to yourself next time.

5. DITCH THE SELF-DEPRECATING HUMOR

Laugh at yourself every day. Every morning when you see yourself in the mirror, instead of telling yourself “Yikes”, laugh at yourself, and tell yourself how not everything has to be perfect. You are perfect in that imperfection. People often times take lives seriously, but the matter of fact is, it is not that serious. Laugh at yourself every day and notice how you feeling after. You will feel joyous, happy and contentment. Also, beating yourself up is a low vibration, you are vibrating from a victim.

6. LET THE LOVE IN

We need our bodies more than they need us. So, appreciate your body. If your body feels good, all your mental state will feel good as well. I know myself every morning when I do yoga, I feel like the world is mine, and I feel like I can conquer the world, feel like I can jump out of my skin. Love your body, nourish your body with the right foods, go for a massage, give it a hot sex.

Comparison is the fastest way to take all the fun out of life.

7. DON”T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS

You probably not even realizing how special you are. Imagine Marilyn Monroe compared to Kate Moss and decided to loose her curves. We would not know Marilyn like a sexy lady with a hips and beautiful curly blond hair. Picasso is painting most beautiful pictures, you trying to copy some certain picture would look completely different, but you rock at some other things. That special you are!

8. FORGIVE YOURSELF (THIS ONE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)

To be truly O.K. with yourself is crucial if you wanna live extraordinary, fulfilling and happy life. If you need to apologize to someone, just pick up the phone and call them. I”ll never forget when I picked up the phone and call my mother and sister (one call after another) to apologize for being childish and taking things personally, not speaking with them. I felt so relieving and free. Was wonderful feeling. Like the one: “Everything is in my control.”

How To Get a Clarity Of Thought

How clear you are about what you want? How precise you are how that should look like? Do you have a clarity of thought? How important it is to have a clarity of thought?

Let”s say you are very unsure about something. Does that bothers you? Of course it does! Being unsure about something, and constantly thinking about it, drains our energy. We need to make a decisions. Decide! Just decide! Only by making decisions will move us forward, nothing else. By not making decisions is also making decision, but the difference is, just by making one will move you forward.

I, myself, made a video about the clarity, I really hope it will help you make a decisions. I hope you will like it and find a value out of it.

 

There is a catch. You should not be focused on the past and what has happened and who you were in the past. The trick is, constantly remind yourself on what is important for you, who you wanna become, what do you wanna achieve and where you wanna be. It is very simple, right? Only the ones that achieved something are being fully focused on what they are building. It takes practice and repetition. Never give up. Your future self will thank you for.

Every time you think of what it is and what has been, your dreams and goals are moving out from you. That is because you live in the past. Learn from the past and move forward. It is that simple.

I love love love the part in a book called “Man”s Search For Meaning” than I read today. If you wanna understand why you are now here, just connect the dots looking in your past. And to create your dream future, you need to be clear of what you want and have a clarity of thought of what do you wanna achieve.

This part in the book goes like this:

Consider a movie: consists of thousands upon thousands of individual pictures, and each of them makes sense and carries a meaning, yet the meaning of the whole film cannot be seen before its last sequence is shown. However, we cannot understand the whole film without having first understood each of its components, each of the individual pictures. Isn”t it the same with life? Doesn”t the final meaning of life, too, reveal itself, if at all, only at its end, on the verge of death? And doesn”t this final meaning, too, depend of whether or not the potential meaning of each single situation has been actualized to the best of the respective individuals knowledge and belief?

I really hope you understand the chapter about the connecting the dots looking backward.

How To Raise Your Vibration

Don”t you wanna live your life to the fullest? Everyone would love to feel happy, fulfilled and joyful all the time. It is possible, for the majority of time, but it takes practice, lots of refocusing on the things that you want, feeling good about your current situations, taking actions regularly and believing in yourself. How to raise your vibration never been easier.

The key word here is feel. Feelings are so powerful. Cherish the ones that you feel the best with. Go and make the shortcut, find the reason why should you be grateful NOW.

I have a list of things on a piece of paper that I go through whenever I feel negative emotions. The list of things you can do too are: laying on your bed and listening favorite music, spend time in nature, read a book about your favorite topic, playing with your pet, meditate, watch comedies… Make your own list. Everybody”s list are different, you make your own unique.

There is so much more, like a movements, like drinking plenty of water and gratitude. Also, let”s say you “hate” your job, and you are trying to build your own business, just to end that slavery and become time free and financially free. Everyday you are running thoughts in your head like a: “When will all stop?”, “Why am I here trapped even though I know I can do it much better?”, “Why me?”, “I feel so tired, this job sucks energy out of me!”, “Why I need to go through all of this?”, “Not one more day there!” You get the point?!

That would not put you in a state of gratitude, excitement and joy, right? So, re frame it! You can say something like this: “Soon I will quit that job.” “I am working on it.” I am building my on line businesses, and eventually I will quit that job.” “Nothing lasts forever, so this will end up as well.” Do you understand now the power of re framing words? Words that you speak to yourself and out loud are also powerful. Everything is, all that you emanating out comes back to you.

There is actually a thousands ways how to vibrate high, how to feel good. There are thousands of books, courses, teachings, one of them is this one HERE. There is a small test that will show you where are you on the list when it comes to manifesting either your soul mate, dream job, lottery, or anything else. This audio book is life changing. The changes will not occur if you don”t open yourself up to a new things, new teachings. Open yourself up, think outside of the box, and watch what will happen. Just open yourself up, really listen what they have to say, and work on it, take some action, NOW. Tomorrow might be to late. Don”t forget that you are creators, not observers.

Just do, speak, think, visualize, eat, drink, smell, wear, go, have, read, watch that you feel good about. It is that easy. Train your mind to look for good in everything. Set that phone on a side, stop scrolling, stop watching others peoples lives, and really focus on the things that you want.

Don”t forget to ask yourself all throughout the day: “How do I really feel?” We often times ask other people how do they feel, but what about us. I hope you educating yourself? If you educate yourself you do not have nothing to worry about. What is your interest? Imagine yourself researching whatever interests you, every day for at least an hour, in 5 years you can become an expert in it. Don”t you agree? 5 years from now you can get there, the question is where.

It is a simple thing. Self education is important for success because it helps you to think big like other successful people. It makes you think beyond limitations and this is the biggest reason why people succeed in life. Most people are not comfortable thinking big because they believe it is impossible to achieve.

Look at all great achievers, we all know who they are. Do they have a college degree? Not at all! Bill Gates was passionate about the computers and softwares, he researched it, developed it, and who is he now? Oprah Winfrey? Tony Robbins?

They are all great achievers that helped change millions of lives. How? By self education.

You know that scientists are always coming to some conclusions, discoverings and ideas, they are researching everything. You know that doctor will find out this exact information 5 years later. Why? Because they are not educating themselves. They are not catching out with new discoveries. And this same doctors are helping us get better.

Choose and decide now, at this moment, to study, to study deep, things that you are interested in, and nobody can take that out of you.. You becoming wise, smart. Nobody can beat you up.

Every human being needs oxygen to survive in the world. Education is as important as this because education gives people the knowledge and skills they require. Education is important to people of all ages and it has no limit. Children require education in order for them to learn how to speak and to write.

Self education in your chosen field can get you to the heights that you can not even imagine. To know about something today, that you nailed it, you can turn into business.

Look at the coaches, life and business ones. They first developed themselves, and they now teach others. Internet world is full of coaching sessions, courses and seminars. My experience at Tony Robbins Seminar

It was incredible. As I am writing this now, feeling so happy, but yet sad, with a tears running down my eyes. I connected myself with myself. I literally tapped into my power within, and that is the seminar”s name: “Unleash the Power Within”.

You are never going to find out how that seminar helped me, how I felt there, and what was all about. That was one of my greatest experiences ever, if not the first.

Was very intense. Four days in a row, mornings until evenings. We talked about everything. Basically how to do and be better. We danced and singed a lot, celebrating life.

You might be listening his speech online for free, and you can understand all of that, but coming on the event such this is very much different. You can feel peoples emotions, your own are coming out. You are getting chills. Nothing is the same anymore. We are living by experiences and you could only bring with yourself memories, not the stuff.

I was writing a lot, because they were talking a lot. I don”t know about you, but I am thinking in quotes 😀 and they were talking such a smart stuff, and that was amazing, I had to write that down, so you are going to need a notebook, your own, not the workbook that you are getting for free, and make sure that you put your name and phone number on it, in case you lost it.

I made a youtube video of the experience. I hope I will inspire you, and you will do the same, book a spot in your nearest event about the UPW. Enjoy..

I will tell you now how I got the ticket. I was browsing Internet one day and saw the add about the seminar in London, Tony Robinns live. Got interested, because that was the chance for me. Opened the link and somebody reached out in a chat box, asking me what type of payments I wanna use. I choosed to pay a 100 pounds monthly, which was 9 months before seminar, just a month before the actual event I payed all my rates. So, you guessed it, the seminar cost 900 pounds. Was very handy, and as was time getting closer, I was getting more excited.

I was a part of the 12.000 people from 66 different countries, it was like a rock concert. I was told this, I didn”t believe, but now I do. The public was very large. Life will never be the same.

Fearless Living

Either, we are living in comfort zone, or we are not, we are pushing ourselves forward. What do you think? Where majority of the people live? Of course, you would say, we are living in our comfort zone. We eat same foods every day, we go to school and job same route, we hang around with same people every day, we wear same clothes, brush our hair same way, use same make up strategies. No wonder our life ends up the same way, nothing changes.

In order to change that, imagine yourself doing same things every day. You cut yourself of to know somebody more interesting, you cut yourself of new hair style that would fit you better, you cut yourself of knowing how this new route to your job is much easier and quicker to go to.

Commit yourself today to do the something different, to implement something different in your everyday routine. You can do such things as go to the park on your day off, not bringing your phone with you, just inhaling oxygen, reminding yourself how important it is to connect to mother nature again. Go to shop and buy a pair of trousers that you would never do. Go to shop and buy yourself a gift, gift for trying make things happen.

You are not a laboratory rat. You”re a human being. You can master your fears. But first you have to know them. What are you fearful? What are your most fearful thoughts? Come on! Be aware of that. And go for it feeling full fearful, and notice what will happen, nothing, fear will disappear, and you will come to realization that this were just your thoughts.

I will tell you now how fearful I was being before my Bungee-Jumping. I knew I wanted to do that, and it”s fun, feels amazing. I woke up that day excited, I couldn”t believe I was going to do that, but as time was getting closer I was getting more nervous. The moment when I was standing on the edge of the biggest bridge in Croatia, I would never forget. I felt tremendous fear. My heart was racing like crazy, I thought I would die. It took me more that 5 min to jump over the bridge.

The interesting thing happen the moment I jumped, I felt total bliss, I was flying. They wouldn”t do such thing if it”s dangerous and lots of people died, right? So, everything that is happening you created in your own head. Since that day nothing else was the same. I completely changed when it comes to fear. I am feeling fear every day of course, like everyone else, but I am going for it anyway. And guess what, feels amazing, my confidence grew tremendously.

I wrote a Blog Post about Feeling the fear and doing it anyway. It is here if you wanna read. I also recommend great great book by Susan Jeffers called: “Feel the fear and do it anyway” that I loved so so much. You can check out book here.

No direction is wrong, just pick the one and go for it full hearted.

Lets imagine you faced some fear and you stayed alive. Nothing happened, except you grew as a person. Now you are on your Wheel of Freedom. You feel free, happy, satisfied, confident, you feel like the world is yours. That”s how people feel when they face their fears. So, you are on your wheel of freedom, you are not trying to prove yourself to anyone, you are not trying to prove anything. You are not trying to hide, to save your face, put up a facade, not trying to get caught, not trying to cover up. You are simply being you. When you are on your Wheel of Freedom, the whole world is better for it, and you feel free.

I love to read books like this. It gets you thinking what fear does to ourselves, to our lives, what is life all about, and why we should face our fears. It is fascinating. Fearless Living is the book that I read, by Rhonda Britten, and got me inspired to write about the fears again. I loved the book, if you would like to read and check out the same, you can do it so here.

The beauty of Fearless Living is that as you master your own fear, you”ll be in a better position to look after the people you care about when they”re the ones who need help. And you won”t lose your own sense of self as you reach out to them.

But first, if you need some sort of help, ask the right people, find the one who already living the way you wanted to. Right people at the right time helps you summon the courage to show more of who you are to the world. Yet when the most of us attempt to connect with people, both those who are already important to us and those we”re hoping to get to know – we avoid truly revealing ourselves.

I hope I inspired you to take action. Face those things that bother you and set yourself free. Life will never be the same.

Working Hard

What does it mean for you working hard? Do you ever had a feeling of tiredness, but at the same time it seems you didn”t much accomplished? So, staying until late night does not mean you are doing something meaningful.

For example, being at office, does not mean you are doing sales calls, you might scroll Facebook or update software. Do you see the difference?

The most valuable question you can ask yourself is: “What is the most valuable use of my time right now?” By questioning that to yourself, you will naturally draw yourself to the things that really matter.

Hard working hands

I remember a times when I worked in our family business. Those were times when I was working more that 12 hours, but I loved it, and it was our family business. Everybody would contribute that much, if they really care, but the question is, where will that get you. Do you taking proper care about yourself as well. I didn”t! That”s why I had a painful back. Was killing me.

One day I said STOP to everything, because I had to take better care of myself. I stopped working so hard. I focused on myself, my health, wellbeing and everything, and eventually I changed country of living, and thus far that is my best decision ever. I grew as a person.

I still wonder what does it mean to work hard, because let”s face it, people all over the world are waking up. They see potential in themselves and others, and they are trying to pursue their dreams. I am one of them. I try to be specific about my goals and everyday do something about it. I tried to fill myself with coffees, cut off my sleep, but it didn”t work, I felt so tired. Our body and cells needs rest.

If you keep asking yourself question why is that, why is that, why is that, eventually you will come up with answer. I still wonder what is the best use of my time. Should I go out with this friend, or better stay at home and work on my business. If I go out, I might be bored, but most importantly I might meet somebody new. What should I do?

Working hard doesn”t always mean being effective. We should be able to take a break, to sit back and relax. I was told just recently on my job how I am a “layd back”person. I took that as a compliment, because there are very rare people who are able to stay calm in a midst of busy times. I just don”t see anymore why we should freak out about the jobs that we are doing. Everything will solve out, eventually.

Now, your turn! What does it mean to work hard for you? How many hours do you put in your business? Maybe I just need to ask myself question more frequently: “What is the most valuable use of your time Maja right now?” And that will give me clarity, put me away of endless scrolling my Instagram and Facebook feed, and focus on the things that really matter.

How To Think Like Bill Gates

It took me quite a lot to read this book. It is full of years this and that, people that passed through Bill Gates”s life, their names, so, was bit harder to read that kind of book, for me.

But it made me think and realize how he thinks.

Let”s get to business!

Bill was encouraged to occupy himself with interests that would stretch the mind. There are those people that like to watch TV, be informed about other peoples lives, and those that are living their lives as best as they can. There is a huge difference!

Bill Gates was doing creative work, trying to build a programs, computers and whatever goes with it. Remember, your brain is like a muscle. If you are not stretching your brain, your brain dies. Do some work today, play a games that will stretch your mind. Read, read a lot.

Bill Gates always thought about himself how he could do anything he sets his mind to. Where would I be if I believed in myself in the past, as I believe in myself now. I would be in a completely different place. It is very important, actually it is crucial to believe in yourself. You gotta believe in yourself, and believe you can achieve all your hearts desires. He believed, and still believes in himself, thats why he is the one of the richest guy in the world.

He once said: “Smartness is an ability to absorb new facts. To ask an insightful question. To absorb it in real time. A capacity to remember. To relate to domains that may not seem connected at first” It is a credo that has served him well.

Don”t compare yourself with anyone in the world. If you do so, you are insulting yourself.

Find Your True Calling

Do you have something that fascinates you? Something that blows your mind? Something that constantly you wonder about? I am sure you do! So, embrace that. And start learning, research about that, and do some testing. Bit after bit, you will become familiar with this thing, and that will get the ball rolling, and soon after that, you will realize that only your brain was limiting you. Find your true love and intend to nurture it. That”s what Bill Gates did.

Gates possesses enormous personal resources and self motivation, but he also realized early on, that he needed to find like mids with whom to collaborate, if he was going to fulfill his grandest dreams.

You might have now your big big big goals, but if you hanging around with people that don”t have any goals in life, they are not driven by anything, you are not going to succeed in life. they will hold you down.

If you have some goals in life, make sure to find like minded people. People who will encourage you, people who will tell you: “You can!” Find people like this and stick to them.

A winning team needs members who are all prepared to learn from each other. Gates is blessed with sufficient self belief that he is not afraid to work with people who may have skills that surpass his in certain areas, and who are unafraid to challenge him.

If you are reading this and you read till now, I believe you wanna succeed in life. Is that right? Tell yourself! “I wanna succeed in life!” “I will succeed in life!” and “I am already successful!”

That is all grand, but do you know how to make choices? Do you? Do you know how to make a good one? Do you know what do you really want? You see, Bill Gates knew how to make a choices, and most importantly he sticked to this choices, that”s why he is succeeding.

Second important thing is to think more broadly. Let”s suppose you made a choice, and now you are thinking how to get there. You came up just to two ideas of how to get there, but there are many other ways, and you can tap into that intelligence, just if you think more broadly.

Take Full Responsibility For Your Life

Hi ya all! Hope you are fine?! Are you? Know that you are responsible for what is going on in your life, or how do you feel about yourself now and life.

What is taking full responsibility about yourself, your life, how you feel, and what you do? It is being aware that you choose to feel a bad about yourself. You created this thought about not enough, you choose to feel bad about yourself. Nobody implemented that thought or feeling into your mind. You are doing that yourself. Take full responsibility for your own feelings and stop thinking thoughts that bring you down.

There is always a choice. Choose a good one.

I”ll never forget the day when I was at the work, talking with my colleague about the life, and all of the sudden I realized that it is all my “fault”.

I choose to come to other country. I choose to date that guy. I choose to break up with him. I choose to quit my job. I choose to live by myself. I choose to hang around with this friend. I choose to say stop to another friendship. I choose to build my online business. I choose to be alone untill I find someone worth my attention. I choose to dressed up nicely today, put some makeup, take a picture of myself, and post it online. I choose to make myself a healthy dinner today. Etc., etc…

I believe there are some things that you don”t like about yourself and your life, and I”m asking you now, are you going to do something about it, or you will continue to bragg around of how miserable you are.

If you don”t like something about yourself and your life, just change it. First of all, do some research: “How to get better at this?”, “How to make this thing work?”, “What can I do If this thing occurs?”

ResponsibilityBeing responsible means being dependable, keeping promises and honoring our commitments. It is accepting the consequences for what we say and do. It also means developing our potential. People who are responsible don’t make excuses for their actions or blame others when things go wrong.

Responsible person is a dependable, responsible person doesn”t depend on someone or something. Responsible person accepts the consequences for what he say or do.

Of course it is easier to blame others. It is easier to blame the weather and not to go out. It is easier to blame some higher powers for not feeling well and not attending that seminar. It is easier to blame your parents for what life are you living now. It is easier to blame company that you are working for getting not enough money. It is easier to blame others, but does that really serve us.

Take the things in your own hands and live this life for how would you like to live, but first of all, do some research. OK, I need to change my financial situation, how do I do that? My hair is thinning, how to make it stronger? You get the point.

Also, beating yourself up because of you”ve done something that you shouldn”t is not a good thing. You did that because at that time that felt right for you, and that is ok. Imagine yourself fighting yourself. You cannot do that. Just do what feels right for you, and learn something from that experience. We are here to grow, to learn. Do something different today and watch how all grows.

Rewire Your Anxious Brain

Grounding

I came up to idea long time ago of just repeating positive affirmations/words all throughout the day but I wasn”t consistent. Imagine your life transforms by doing some actions consistently. Often times we hear something is good for us, and we think: “OK, I am going to implement that into my life.” But doing this two and a half day, not seeing results, an of course, we give up to this. That”s not how things work. You gotta believe in this method, wanting change your life, and consistently doing this action.

I am talking about mantras, chanting or talking with yourself, however you want.

I will tel you here and now what happened to me today. So, I woke up, and whatever I was doing after opening my eyes I tried to be aware of my moves, what I was doing, and planning the next right move. Such as, upon waking up and taking big cold glass of water, the next right move for me been washing my face in cold water and brushing my teeth all followed by deep breaths.

Have you ever came to destination, not knowing what was during the journey? You see, you”ve been in your thoughts, and that didn”t happen to me today. I was very aware of my each move. Why? Because I was taking deep breaths. Deep inhales, and exhales.

And then I sat on a bike, and as I was spinning that wheel I was talking with myself. Deep breath in, exhale, and then I chanted word LOVE. You can do any, whichever you like.

Try yourself now. Take a deep breath in, naturally, slowly, exhale, and say to yourself, at loud or silently, word love, and repeat three times. I am sure you are going to feel the difference.

What sentences and words I was chanting today and you can too. A word love, peace, relax, breathe, wisdom, I love Irish wind :D, beautiful day, we are living in abundant universe, everyone deserves to love and be loved, I am dedicated to achieve my goals, I am worthy of that and etc. I hope that resonates with you and you know what I mean by that, by chanting words and sentences. If you don”t, leave in a comment section below: “Please, I wanna know more about this.”, and I”ll get that clarified for you.

If you are into self development, trying to improve your life, I believe you are listening majority of your time some motivational speeches, but that has to stop someday. Why?! Do you really believe that the ones who already achieved lot are listening motivation speeches. They are already inspired and doing actions.

Why we tend to watch TV? Spending hours and hours on youtube? Maybe because we are afraid of what we may hear in our head. Maybe if you are going to turn off all your devices you might hear: “You fool!”, “Why did you do that?”, “You shouldn”t do that!”.

Be aware of your self talk. Turn off all your devices, stop listening motivational speeches, and spent some time you with you in a complete silence. Do what I suggested to you. Take a deep breath in, exhale, and say to yourself “I am worthy!” for example. That”s how you are rewiring your anxious brain. It”s that simple.

I really hope I helped you and you are realizing how important self talk is. Just chant all the positive words and affirmations all day, every day, followed by deep breaths, continuously, until you see and feel the difference.

What Do You Want?

No, seriously what do you really want out of life? If you now don”t know where are you heading, you will get nowhere. Do you realize that 5 years from now you can get there, the question is where? What do you want? Do you wanna build a family? How big? Is it fun on your list? With whom you wanna hang around?

You see, you might don”t know what do you want to make out of yourself in the future, and that is completely fine. In this case, you should challenge yourself, you should “Show up”. Just show up. Go to places that interests you, be with a people that makes you feel better, do some other activities every day than the one you are used to. By doing that, showing up to different places, exposing yourself, you are getting bigger picture, clarity that we all want.

By exposing yourself and showing up, you are going to face with setbacks, don”t let that discourage you. By facing with setbacks your picture becomes clearer. By knowing what we don”t want, we know what we really want.

I don”t know in what stage are you now in your life, but I am sure you have some wishes and priorities.

Maybe you are at the job, and you feel like you are wasting your time pursuing other peoples dreams. What you can do is be aware of this, of your unhappiness, and do something every day. Even small little steps towards the opposite, what might be launch your own business, do the start-up, whatever is your heart desire.

You gotta be honest with yourself. Put on a side doubt, mistrust, question, skepticism, suspicion, uncertainty and wonder. Put these emotions on a side. Be honest with yourself, and decide what do you really want, making sure that you let go of the destructive emotions that I mentioned above.

Plan Your Life

What would you really make happy and fulfilled? Take a piece of paper, put all your desires on it, and do the small little actions every day. You know how they say: “To organize and plan something, you will reach the end of the desired result much quicker.” I am sure, until now, you”ve been in some organization where people didn”t know what they do, and what is their job. That is it! Imagine that mess now being organized, that clarity, knowingness of where and every each of you has do to. Everything goes smoothly.

I gotta say, notebooks that I have makes me feel more organized. I am constantly writing, planning, prioritising things. Makes me feel focused and gives me that sense that I am on a good track. If I have to bring with myself just three things somewhere that I am going, that would definitely be a notebook and a pen. For sure, for sure! Writing down your thoughts it”s like talking with a best psychiatrist in the world.

Take now peace of paper, and write down “What do I really want”, and put somewhere on visible. That will remind you of what are your goals, and don”t forget to do every day some actions towards your goals.

Researches, researches makes wonders. Do the research! Never stop asking yourself! Commit yourself to ask every single day this question: “What do I really want?”. You might not hear the answer today, tomorrow, or in a week, but never give up. Never, because your future self will thank you for. You own that to yourself.

Two Questions You Need To Ask Yourself Daily

It is that easy

Now, you may be wondering, what are these two questions, and why should I ask myself anything? Well, if you don”t ask yourself anything, you might be on a wrong track.

I believe until now, you asked yourself and you continue to ask: “What do I wanna be when I grow up?” But that is it, sadly! Does anyone asked you: “How do you feel now?” I believe there are very rare persons and situations when somebody asked you about how do you feel. Why is that?

Well, that is in the generation of our parents, a generation that didn”t know any better, and that is completely fine. No one is perfect, right? Fortunately, people all over the world are waking up. People want to do the difference in society, and that is a beautiful thing to do.

 

The first question is:

How do I really feel right now?

How do you feel now about yourself, your current situation, and things around you, will really determent what are you going to manifest in the future. Do you feel excitement, joy, happiness, peace, calm, love, trust, hope, or are you feeling sadness, bitterness, overwhelm, tired, fatigue, unmotivated, etc? Which one of those?

Do you see the difference? Notice how do you feel daily, all throughout the day, and if it doesn”t bring you joy, switch it, just focus on the positive, find just one simple and small positive thing, and from there build momentum. That will lead you to one more positive aspect, to one more, to one more, to one more, etc. Do you see the difference? Notice how do you really feel right now, and if that doesn”t serve you, switch to the positive one. Feelings are triggered by emotions. I am sure you can find at least one positive aspect in negative. Dig deeper, and you will find it.

Don”t worry if you are going through tough times right now. There is always positive as well. Do you know about jing-jang sign? Where there is a dark, there is a light. Where there is a cold, there is a warm. Where there is a rain, there is a sunshine. Real matter is, where is your focus?

The second question is:

What would I like to change about myself?

You see, we walk through life unhappy, unsatisfied, and doing nothing about it. Why is that? Because we are fear-full. We fear everything in this world.

For example, I am very indecisive. And that annoys me sometimes. Why I just cannot decide about something and go for it? Maybe because of insecurities that I had back in the days, I don”t know. But lately, I am asking myself questions, and trying to quickly decide by that first answer that pops into my mind, and taking immediate action, trying to get thing done.

Maybe you would like to change your posture, to have a straight back? Just do something every day towards that goal, just 5 minutes. You will feel proud of yourself, and from that point your confidence will skyrocket, what we all want.

 

Choose to feel good about yourself.

It is really that simple. Two questions. How do I really feel with this friend? How do I really feel in this house? How do I really feel in this job? How do I really feel reading this? How do I really feel writing this? Do you see? How do I really feel talking about politics, and worlds biggest problems? Does that serves me?

Every day do some little simple steps to improve your looks, knowledge, temper, character, business, romantic relationships, etc. The thing that you would like to change about yourself.

I would like to ask you now. Are you asking yourself any questions daily? And if you do, what are the questions that you are asking yourself? You are never going to get wrong asking yourself such questions, and wondering about everything that surrounds you.

What do you think? Is it a good mindset crucial to have a healthy relationships, business, to be good with parenting and school? I think proper mindset is a must have if you wanna live a happy and fulfilling life.

Now, you might be thinking what is mindset actually and how do you make a good one.

Your mindset is your collection of thoughts and beliefs that shape your thought habits.  And your thought habits affect how you think, what you feel, and what you do.  Your mind-set impacts how you make sense of the world, and how you make sense of you.

What are your beliefs about yourself and world? Do you think you can change your mindset over a time ans start believing in everything.

I bought this book a months ago. Book is by Carol S. Dweck, started to reading, but I stopped because I didn”t feel like it to continue, I wasn”t ready. Until I listened some speech that guy recommended this book and came to realization how I already have this book. I read this book like a drinking water, sip by sip, until the end.

I loved it.

Which mind-set do you have? Do you have a Fixed or Growth mindset. It is all about that. There are the one who will always see something bad in every situation, while people who have a Growth mindset are able to convert life”s setbacks into a future success.

Are you going to brag about your past situation that happened for you, talking about this in a bad way, or will you turn that into a fuel for making your life work no matter what? The choice is yours!

Students! Beautiful students. Getting ready for a real thing called life. But if you are not aware of your Mindset in a student years, it will be much harder you change your mind in a later years.

There are the ones that are trying to constantly in proving their ability, and the ones that are minding their own business, the ones that are just wanna learn. That”s why they are there, and that”s why we are here. To learn and grow. That is the difference between Fixed and Growth Mindset. I hope it is much clearer now for you.

Ask yourself: “Am I a learner or a non learner?!” Am I going to learn a lessons from every situation or will I just leave as it is, not doing anything about it.

Love relationships, or romantic relationships.

There are this couples that are encouraging each others and the one that are sabotaging each others. Ego is a good thing, but only if you are going to hold your ego under control. There are so many relationships that are couples competing with each others. If you decided to be with your partner, that should be a partnership, not a competition. Put your partner on a pedestal, make them feel perfect, worship them. There is no greater feeling than helping people, in this situation your partner, building that relationship for life.

If you are only doing things that are easy shame on you. Go through life doing for change a hard things. Give best of yourself, and if we are talking about relationships, give every day after day some more to your partner, it is worth.

If you think it”s very hard to build your abilities, it is, but one step at a time. You are able to change your abilities. You are able to do anything what you set your mind to. Work on your weaknesses. Change you Mindset – Change Your Life.

If you failed for example in something lately. By failing I mean you didn”t met your expectations, but after each failing you are one step closer to your success that you want to. “Failing” at something just means you have a lack of experiences and skills. Know where you failed, and work on it. Work on your skills. That so called “failures” can be a motivation for you, to sharpen your abilities and skills.

By what do you wanna be remembered? Do you wanna be remembered who has a positive mind, meaning Growth Mindset, or do you wanna be remembered as a just one in many and have a Fixed Mindset? There is a tremendous difference! Relax and plug yourself in learning mode, stop struggling and embrace your greatness.

Plug yourself on greatness, let go of the Fixed mindset and know that if you don”t know how to do something, achieve anything, doesn”t mean you cannot find out how to do that. There are so much sources, be resourceful, open your mind, and commit yourself to find a solution, no matter what, if you really want something. Where there is a will, there is a way!

People tend to put labels on everything. If they thing about someone how week this person is, they think that person will stay this way. If you are week, if you think of yourself as a week person, be honest with yourself, admit to yourself your true beliefs, and ask yourself is this what you really want, ask yourself do you wanna continue to be a “week” person. If your answer is not, commit to learning, one step a time do something that can strengthen you.

Don”t put a labels on something on someone. Know that that thing or person can change eventually if they really want to.

I remember a day when friend of mine asked me to complete a survey about the characters that people have, as she wanted to know in what group I belong. Before of that she talked about herself and the characteristics that she have in such a passion, like finally that defined her. That is not definite, nothing is definite. Everything can be changed in a matter of second.

Starting the Day the Right Way

As I already mentioned, it”s important to review your daily goals in the morning. It”s also vital to have breakfast, as this helps set your body up for the day. Researches shows that overweight people often skip breakfast. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.

Feed you brain with positive information and your body with nutritious food in the morning, and you”ll have energy and positive feelings for the day ahead. Allow time in the morning to review your goals and eat a good breakfast. If you don’t have time right now, you”ll need to get up earlier. It”s very easy to train yourself to wake up earlier. If you normally wake up at 7am and have to be out by 7:30am, try waking at 6:50am for a week, 6:40 for the next week, and so on, until you have enough time for breakfast, reviewing your goals, and preparing for the day ahead.

There is not much more to say, except working on your belief system first. That’s why I wrote first you need to work on your posture, ton of the voice, etc. Same thing, trying to accumulate lots of money, working hard, won’t bring you happiness. You need to work first on your belief system. Do you really deserve that? Do you know the way to riches?

Setting goals in your third thing. Where are you heading to? What do you really want? Write this things down, and review them every morning upon waking up, it will energize you, I promise.

Divine Intervention

Hi all! Read this book by Hazel Courteney about how she was channeling spirits. You might read this now and think: “My gosh!” “Spirits, what are they?” “What is all about?”.

Well, her idol was a Princess Diana, she even met her a couple of times, until one day she started a meditating, aka quieting her mind, and Diana now dead from the higher realms was coming into her consciousness to talk to her, about her accident that she has, that car crash, and the secrets of life.

Now, I am not inviting you to believe this story, just open your mind to a possibilities like this. And ask yourself: “Why would someone write a book, publish this, talking about how she can communicate with Diana”s dead spirit. I choosed to believe her. Loved this book, because, from the higher consciousness, you are realizing what is possible, and you are getting all the answers that you may have.

I am going to write this in paragraph some things that resonated with me. I hope it will with you too.

Diana from the higher realms says:

Whatever is expected tends to be realized, meaning that when we think and believe certain events are going to happen, we can literally bring them into being. What you think about the most is what you will have in your life. If you think about losing your job, not having enough money, not being happy enough, then this is what will expand and become your reality.

At the end of the day we should all remain as much as possible in charge of our own futures – after all, most of us can still choose what we want to do. It is true that some things might be set in stone, but the rest of life is moveable feast.

About the sun:

The sun was never meant to harm us, it gives us life. Without sunlight, humans, animals, plants and the planet will die. It is now well-known that sunlight helps to raise serotonin and other hormone levels which elevate mood and boost the production of vitamin D which protects our bones and teeth. Ultraviolet light helps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, assists with weight loss and is an effective treatment for psoriasis. There is hardly a person on the planet who does not feel better and healthier after spending some time in the sun.

Eating meat:

When an animal is killed in an inhumane way, the fear the animal experiences resonates throughout its entire body and releases negative energies. And when people ingest too much invisible, negative energy they can become sick. Animal species will remain on the Earth longer if you love them with more respect, but those that are mistreated will become extinct. But be assured that they are cared for in our realms and pet lovers should know that their animals go on as we do.

Purpose in life:

If people want to know what their purpose is, all they have to do is to ask the higher realms for help. Once people offer to work for the light, they are never refused. Remember after Norma “woke you up” it was four years before you heard the word “write”. But because you had the intention to help others and your motives were honorable, the higher realms helped you. It takes time to set things in motion and you had to help yourself. This you did by reading so many books and going on courses. You did not sit and wait for things to happen – you went out and made things happen of your own free will. You created your own reality. We also live on planet that allows most people free will and those of us who have it are free to choose what and who we want in our lives, We moan a lot of things go wrong, but if we look at virtually any situation objectively, we still have choices.

We are all special:

No matter how rich or famous anyone is – they are only human. They get sick, have accidents and die just like anyone else, On earth many of you worship people because they are famous, wealthy or have great standing. Every single one of you is special, most of you don’t realize just how special, and what a huge difference you can all make.

Loving yourself:

Before you can save the world or anyone in it, you must first learn to love, and look after yourself. Everything begins with the self. I have long believed that the way to save ourselves a lot of grief and chronic illness is to take more responsibility for ourselves and our actions. Our lives would then change for the better. Don’t pay attention to things that you have no control over – it just wastes precious time and energy. All you have to do is take the first step – and you begin a positive chain reaction.

Try to replace every negative, angry, jealous or judgmental thought or act with a positive, kind thought or act. Concentrate on what you can change not what you cannot. Look at your life and examine what is wrong in it. What don’t you like about it? Who do you like having in your life? Who drives you crazy? Then write down three things you would like to change about your life. And do it today. If you want something badly enough, you have to be willing to make it happen.

If you are sick, buy a book on your specific condition. Book shops are groaning with highly informative, alternative ways to become and stay well. If you are suffering from lack of confidence, lack of money, low self esteem or guilt, there are thousands of self-help books out there written just for you. I fully appreciate there are millions of people who are too sick or disabled to help themselves and who need constant care and attention, and that the great majority of those who care about these people have the patience of saints. But most of us can choose what we eat, what we do for a living and we can choose our thoughts…and our thoughts create our reality.

It is possible to have a wonderful, effective relationship with your parents, if you first find alignment between you and you. But, unless you have achieved alignment between you and you, no other relationship can be a good one.

How can one move from Disharmony to Harmony?

Jerry: If you were a child born into a disharmonious environment – or even an employee finding yourself in an unpleasant work environment – how could you remain in such a situation and still maintain a positive personal experience?

Abraham: The first thing we would encourage you to do is to lay low, so to speak. Try to be as inconspicuous as possible in your awareness of the disharmony. In fact, do your best to be unaware of the disharmony, there will be no active vibration of it present within you, and the Law of Attraction will then leave you out of any discordant rendezvous.

But if, instead, you are aware of the unpleasant occurrences – if you seek to quell the injustices by drawing attention to them – then you activate a Vibration within you that draw you closer into the unpleasant mix. If, from your point of view, you identify wrongdoing and you point it out, those participating in the behaviors you believe is wrong will rise up larger and push back at you in an attempt to convince you that it is really your point of view that is wrong. Then you push back, and they push back, and the discord looms larger while both sides are deprived of any lasting solution.

When does “Fixing Problems” Simply Increase Problems?

Jerry: I guess, my tendency, in years gone by, was to try to fix the problems. I believed that if I could think about them enough, I could get them fixed. But then most of the problems just increased.

Abraham: The only way to solve a problem is to look toward the solution. And, when you are looking in the direction of the solution, you always feel an improvement in your emotions. Looking back at the problem always feels worse.

It is that old flawed premise again: “If I push hard enough against what I do not want, it will go away,” when what really happens is that the more you push against it, the bigger it becomes, and the more often it manifests in your experience.

It is helpful to remember that every subject is really two subjects: what is wanted and the absence of what is wanted. It often seems like a fine line between focusing upon the problem and focusing upon the solution, but that line is not a fine line at all, because the Vibrational frequencies of the problem and of the solution are vastly different. The best way to identify which side of the equation you are focused upon is by paying attention to how you are feeling. Your emotions will always indicate whether you are focused in the direction of your Broader knowing and your solution, or in the opposite direction toward the problem.

What if We”re fearing a worldwide financial crisis?

Most people are so distracted by what others are doing and what others are thinking that they forget to tune themselves to their own expansion. And when the resulting empty feeling comes, they incorrectly assume that it has something to do with the behavior or opinions of the others. But it is never about that. Every emotion that you feel, good or bad, is about the relationship between your current thought and the understanding of the source within you on the same topic.

Some people are feeling acute fear of anxiety because they are personally, right now, without work or income. But the fear that most people are feeling today is because of their negative speculation about how bad conditions may yet become and the negative impact that those future, unwanted conditions may have on their personal lives.

If you have “needing money” in your vibration, then you will keep attracting needing money. You have to find a way of beeing happy NOW, feeling good NOW, and being in joy NOW, without the money, because those great feelings are how you will feel with the money.

Any words you speek have a frequency, and the moment you speak them they are released into the Universe. The law of attraction responds to all frequencies, and so it is also responding to the words that you speak. When you use very strong words such as “terrible”, “shocking” and “horrible” to describe any situation in your life, you are sending out an equally strong frequency, and the law of attraction must respond by bringing that frequency back to you.

You are receiving thousands of messages from the Universe every single day. Learn to become aware of this communication from the Universe, who is speaking to you and guiding you in every moment. One of the biggest frustrations I hear from people is that there”s too much to do, and there”s not enough time. “Not enough time”, of course, is a feeling. A myth! A story that when we buy into it, we run around trying to fit more and more into our schedules and lives. We rush from the next thing to the next thing, without appreciating where we are in this moment. We believe that if we do and accomplish and experience more, we will be happier and healthier and richer and wiser and loved by all. But instead, we”re just stressed the fuck out.

Take a sheet of paper and write down two lines. On a left side things that you would like to do, and on a right side, things that your soul craves, something that you really really want.

“WHY NOT ME?”

MEET ENVY.

I once was the envious seething friend who struggled to be happy for others. When I witnessed others following through on the dreams that were still seeds inside of me, it brought up all kinds of demonic voices in my mind that told me I was not worthy or good enough or moving fast enough. Every morning when I jumped on social media, my story of being so far behind was reinforced by the highlights of others. While it was 9:00 A.M., and I was still in bed, blurry-eyed and yawning, my creative heroes were announcing the movie deal they just got for their book. A couple traveling the world had posted yet another video of their tanned toned bodies, and how they”re making a killing in their careers, which made me want to punch them both in the face. My ex-boyfriend was now engaged and with his fiancée halfway across the world, which could only mean one thing:

I AM A TERRIBLE, AWFUL HUMAN BEING WHO IS NOT CAPABLE OF BIG THINGS. I WILL NEVER AMOUNT TO ANYTHING. I SUCK, I SUCK, I SUCK.

Now, I stop measuring my success by likes and page views, and learned to instead measure it by inner truths expressed. It became less about receiving validation and applause, and more about uncovering whatever in me was ready to come through.

Shine your damn light.

Please be happy about your journey. We need more people to be joyful about their paths, and living in alignment with what feels truth for them.

When you are open about enthusiasm, you will learn two things:

1. Who is truly and deeply an advocate for your success, and

2. Who is truly and deeply threatened by it, and who may even, consciously or unconsciously, try to bring you down.

It is not your responsibility to pull those who fall into the latter category up and out of the crab bucket. You need not be a savior to those who are still finding their way. Only they can do that.

​Jealousy and comparison and envy can devour us, so please do not let how other people feel about you devour you too. I”ve yet to meet someone who hasn”t dealt with some form of envy or comparison. The difference is: those who”ve moved beyond it were able to dismantle the scarcity-driven story in their mind that believed in a world of me versus them. In doing so, they got back to what mattered most: their work, their gifts, and the expression that wants to come through them.

And that”s what”s at stake right now: you best and brightest work. So shine your damn light, and let what you create radiate from the inside out. That”s the best thing you can do for yourself, the world, and those who are ready to receive your work.

To every person who”s fallen into the trap of comparison, remember this: The only person you can measure yourself against is yourself. No two people have the same background, circumstances, desires, values and gifts. When you”re caught up in what they”re doing and how far they”ve come, you”re losing sight of what wants your focus and attention: your own right and true path. Trying to constantly be better can hinder your ability to simply be. What matters is where you were yesterday, last week, last month, last year, and the progress you”ve made since. That is how you get ahead, come alive, and achieve and belong in precisely the way only you know how.

Think about it: if you were to read the biography of someone”s life, and they experienced a perfect childhood with perfect parents, had perfect looks and were loved by all, and then their work went on to become an overnight success, would their story be very interesting.

I think not.

Interesting is Paulo Coelho being rejected over two hundred times before he went on to publish The Alchemist. It sold 65 million copies, was translated into eighty languages, and set the Guinness World Record for the most translated book by any living author. Imagine if he had given up at rejection 1 or 5 or 10 or 99 or 150 or 199? Sixty-five million people wouldn”t have been touched by his work.

MEET JUDGMENT.

You cannot judge someone and love yourself at the same time.

Judgment is a mirror. A reflection. It shows you what you”re denying and repressing inside of yourself. It illuminates where you”re self-righteous. It”s a map, pointing you to the place that you”re afraid to accept within. As Carl Jung said, “Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” What we judge in others wants to be loved and embraced within us. It”s an abandoned part of us calling out, “Hey! Pay attention to me! Notice me! Love me!” But so often we get caught directing our attention outwardly at them, and then we miss out on the wisdom that judgement is trying to deliver to us.

This book is such a gem

 

This book is a huge gem (diamond). I am really fascinated. It”s about the secrets of life and how to keep that balance between personal and professional life. I will surely come to read this book again and again, to buy my own copy, and make sure to underscore the parts that I resonated with, so I can reread it again and remind myself of these secrets and truths again and again when needed. It is really inspiring.

Do you believe success is your destiny? Are you hunger for more: more prestige, more glory and more money? You will never wish you spent more time at the office attaining success and money. You will wish on your deathbed to spent more time with your family and friends in a joyful moment together. I”ve also come to see that success on the outside means nothing unless you also have success within. There is a huge difference between well-being and being well-off.

Yet look at the toxic waste that most people put into the fertile garden of their minds every single day: the worries and anxieties, the fretting about the past, the brooding over the future and those self-created fears that wreak havoc within your inner world.

By controlling the thoughts that you think and the way you respond to the events of your life, you begin to control your destiny.

There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. There is no such thing as negative experience, only opportunities to grow, learn and advance along the road of self – mastery. From struggle comes strength. Even pain can be a wonderful teacher. To savor the good one you must know the bad!

I suggest that you stop judging events as either positive or negative. Rather, simply experience them, celebrate them and learn from them. Every event offers you lessons. These little lessons fuel your inner and outer growth. Without them, you would be stuck on a plateau. Just think about it in your own life. Most people have grown the most from their most challenging experiences. And if you meet with an outcome you did nor expect and feel a little disappointed, remember that the laws of nature always ensure that when one door closes another opens.

How Chanting Can Change Your Life

The moment you leave the house and you sit in a car, for example, you can start chanting. Chant about the things you want to achieve, things that are of the meaning and purpose to you.

Say things like: “Life is pretty good working out for me.” “I am on a good way to excellence.” “I am opening myself up to new amazing friends that will stick with me for life.”

These are all the examples that you can do, and more, every day, all throughout the day.

Chanting should be fun and chanting should make you feel good. If it doesn”t make you feel good, just stop, stop doing chanting.

Do the chanting like singing, in a more musical and rhythm kind of way. Make a song out of the things you are saying to yourself.

So I started chanting when I was nineteen, which was about twelve years ago, and it really had a huge impact on my outlook, happiness, and general creativity.

The most popular chant word is OM. It has great benefit to your brain and mind.
Now, how to do the OM chanting: sit in a chair or on a ground, place your arms on knees with a hands facing upwards. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, open your mouth, and start chanting word OM.
No way is a wrong was, just chant the word OM as long as possible. Something like that: ooooouummmmmmm. That should be perfect!

Chanting word OM can have also great benefits on your stomach, this is what researches say.
Is this something that interests you? Will you practice it, and how often?
Chanting mantras can shift your focus from the unwanted to the wanted.
Let”s say you are in the loop of negative thoughts and you worry too much. You are in the negative momentum, in the momentum that feels terrible. Nobody want do be in the destructive state.
To get yourself out of that state, the best thing is to switch your focus. Chanting is one of them.

7 Law of Attraction Methods that you MUST implement in your daily life

1 – Visualization.

Visualization is incredible and it gives you such an incredible results, it pushes you forward, it makes you feel good, and this is what we want.

All the achievers that we know, who did some amazing things, such as athletes, business people, are swearing in visualization. They say that you first need to see the result in your minds eye, only then you can achieve an incredible results that you want to go after.

I know a lady who is saying that all what she achieved, results that she got, she created. She was saying things like: “I have a books bestsellers.” “Every day I sell hundreds of books.” “I have the most popular Youtube Channel in region.”

What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create. – Buddha

And it really is, what you see and say, you must manifest.

An incredible book by Shakti Gawain called Creative Visualization is a must read book. I am leaving you link HERE if you want to learn more about Creative Visualization.

I learned so much from this book. Creative visualization also, seeing yourself levitating in the space, and watching yourself, your life, helps you so much, understand who you are, and what you”ve been doing. I highly recommend you to practice Creative Visualization.

Plant a strong tree.

2 – New Story.

New story is really talking, and thinking like you are already at the place you want to be, things you want to do, feelings you want to feel, and many more.

Tell stories like you are already there. Feel the feelings.

Instead of “Life sucks” say something like “Life works pretty good for me”. 🙂 You dictate the way you want o feel.

You plant a seed today, in 5 years you are going to have abundant tree.

3 – Meditation.

For me, meditation is a method to attract what you want in life. Why? Because meditation is making you aware of the things that you are doing wrong, and aware of the things that you are doing right, things that you should be doing more of. You need to let go of the old, in order to make a room for the new. In meditation, you really realize your behaviors, you let go of the old that doesn”t serve you anymore, and you realize of the new, that you really want to implement in your life.

4 – It”s done!

It”s done is a method that Abraham, Jerry, and Esther Hicks recommend you to live by. Examples; if you are waiting to graduate at the college, repeat to yourself, remind yourself that it is done. Waiting to find that perfect partner for life? It is done! You are already having her/him. So live it! The Universe is dying to give you what you want. What do you really want?

5 – Later Gater!

Later Gater is a method for the days and times you worry. We all know what worry does to us, right? It puts us in “I can”t do nothing about that!” mode, but that is far from the truth.

What if in the times of worry, we just say to ourselves: “Later Gater!” and we go to do something that we actually enjoy doing, distract ourselves from the worry about future or past.

What you can do to distract yourself from the worry, and actually enjoy your life, put the worries on hold, is: laying down on your bed and listening music, go for a walk and listening music, read a book of your interest, watch movies that you like, dance, go out with the friends…

6 – Thinking like you got the Euro Jackpot.

If you have a money issues, or even if you don”t, think like you won the lottery. But in a way like, you are going to get the money in a month from now.

We all know that, when somebody wins the lottery, they don”t get their money straight away, but in a month, or even two months time.

And so, whenever you caught yourself in a money worries, just stop, and say to yourself something like: “Ok, I lack in money right now, but soon I am going to be rich forever. I will never again have to worry about where is money going to come from.”

We need to stop worry at all costs. Trick your mind about the situation you are going through. Know that all is just temporary

7 – Scripting.

You are going to fell in love with scripting. While writing things that you want to experience will bring you such beautiful emotions while writing. Watch how you feel while scripting about your ideal life.

I like to write a little every day. Write what good is in your life. Write your plans for the future. Places you want to go, things you want to experience, what are you fearful of… These are all the things that you can write down, and many more, in order to create a better tomorrow for yourself, your family and friends.

How to stop being overwhelmed

We are living in a fast paced environments these days, and this is not good for us. We need to take a step back or pause, have a rest, relax, think what truly matters to us.

People breathe very shallow, they are stressed, they feel like there is just too much for them to grasp. To do lists are endless. Do you feel us? Do you feel overwhelmed sometimes?

Your emotions are your indicators. Every day, watch how you feel, and always look for the ways how to feel even better. If you are happy, know that you can be even happier. Comfort yourself! Take a warm shower, put the perfume on, actually relax.

It is a decision.

Decide that you are not going to let overwhelm overtake you, anymore, and do whatever it takes to slow down, practice being in the present moment.

If you are in a rush, you stop creating. I heard that years ago from Esther Hicks, and I truly believe in that. Why?! Because if you are rushing, some accidents might happen, and think about it. If you are rushing, you don”t actually believe and trust in the divine, yourself, and the life.

You miss on something much bigger when you are rushing, and that is the present moment. Put the thought in the present, forever and always, and you are going to be good for life.

People think that is normal to feel overwhelmed, but that is far from the truth. The normal feel is to be in the state of flow, not force. We are not machines, we are simply human beings with emotions and feelings. Things happen! We need to learn how to adapt!

Things happen!

Accept that we live in the material world. There is so much going on these days around us, and we need to learn how to take things one step at a time.

Let”s say that you planned your day fully. You exactly know what are you going to do in every hour of the day, but there is something that is going to interrupt your day, look for your attention.

It is in those moments that we need to learn to let go, to what we were doing previously, give our full attention to the new, and switch to it fully, without judging.

Breathe, don”t forget to breathe!

We feel overwhelmed because we let things to control us, instead, let us to be in charge of the things. We are in charge of everything. So let yourself be in control of your feelings and emotions.

It is in our decision, every day, whether to be in the state of flow, or force. Let yourself decide now, that no matter what is going on around you, you are going to be in a flow state.

We want inner peace and knowing, believing and trusting. We want to be at ease.

The point is not to take whole cake at once, but enjoy every single bite of it.

Take this seriously, same as coffee. The point is not to sip all your coffee at once, but enjoy sip at a time, sip by sip. Smelling it, feeling the taste, texture. Do you get the point?

You are feeling overwhelmed, because you think that there is so much to do, but what if I tell you, that there is so little to do?! And it is, there is so little to do! Relax and let go!

Learn to live peacefully in the midst of mess.

Practice being in the present moment, and if it”s really necessary, even though your house is at the mess, make in purpose and intentionally even more messy house, and learn to accept it, and let it go.

We don”t need nothing to do, literally nothing, but there are the things, that we would like to do. So actually do those things, but one step at a time. One by one.

You are not that important.

Don”t get me wrong, but you are not. Nobody is going to remember you, once you leave this planet. Live your days fully, and don”t stress over unimportant things. Because what is really important? Shelter, food, water, clothes, bed, a little money, our family and friends… What else?

Learn to relax and let go.

Whether you have so much to do or so little to do, you are going to be tested any ways. If nothing comes your way, no matter how hard you try, know and believe that it will, eventually, it must. That is the law!

Please, don”t multitask, again, we are not machines, we are humans, and we change our thinking, priorities, within the days, learn to adapt. You can”t be at another place, if you are at this place right now. Work towards that new place that you wanna be in, and don”t forget to have a fun with it.

Don”t take everything so seriously.

Life supposed to be fun. So have a fun with it. Smile, dance, celebrate yourself.

How to be authentic

Authenticity is something that is of great value these days, because everyone try to copy what is trendy, and all the influencers do that as well. How good or bad is that? What do you think?

I heard months ago from Gary Vaynerchuk, that basically people love love. Whatever is going to be trendy, and it is trendy now, people will love it. And there is nothing wrong with that.

But what should you be doing, is asking yourself every day: “Am I going after that because it is trendy, and I don”t really enjoy it, or do I really enjoy it, no matter how trendy or not it is.

For example, everybody are texting each other these days. There are the groups created for every sorts of organizations. You  try to be different and authentic! Text somebody private, talk with them in private, or call them. Actually connect with other being in person. That is being authentic, being different. Human touch and connection is huge.

The hunger for authenticity guides us throughout our lives. People strive for joined-up living, where on the one hand what they say and do reflects what they think and feel, and on the other what they think and feel reflects who they are.

Stephen Joseph has pioneered developments in research into authenticity, drawing on the solid science of positive psychology to develop what has become one of the gold-standard tests for assessing authenticity.

His and others’ findings reveal that when people are in relationships in which they feel accepted, understood and valued, they drop their defences. They naturally begin to examine themselves psychologically, accommodate new information and live more authentically. What’s more, the latest studies reveal that it is authenticity that leads to true happiness.

Be different.

How to be more authentic:

  1. Be aware of yourself
  2. Embrace vulnerability

Self awareness is the key. If you”ve been wanting to be authentic, your true self, and that is your goal, know that you are already successful. Many people don”t even know who they are, what they are, and what they”ve been doing.

Watch where you go. Be only observer. Listen to your breath, listen the words, sentences that you”ve been saying, see who are your friends really. Notice what you wear for example, how you wear, and how that makes you feel. In general, watch how you feel at all times.

It is practice!

Everything in life is practice, everything. For example, if you don”t like how you look in profile, you are not quite happy with your teeth, or you are shy to put the big smile on your face and laugh out loud, actually do those things. Do them, despite of how that makes you feel. You already want them, so do them, regardless of how confident or not confident you actually feel.

After some time, you are going to be so comfortable in your skin, that you are going to ask yourself why you didn”t do that before, in the first place.

People love people for who are themselves, no matter how they look like, they actually like their energy. Have you even been drawn to somebody, staring at the person in the video, you didn”t quite listen to what are they saying, but they had that vibe that you liked, and you couldn”t stop staring at them? That is it! They”ve been for who they are!

Face your mask down!

Your number one job in the world should be how you feel. If you feel like this is the thing that you should be doing, do it, and if it comes from the good intention, even better.

We all wear masks at all times. Some more, some less, and that is ok. It is to protect us.

You are not you from yesterday

The you yesterday is not the you today. And you that you are going to be tomorrow is not going to be the same you you are today.

We are constantly evolving, we are constantly changing. So fully authentic you is you in this present moment. You are who you need to be today, and that is perfect you right now.

Life example

Let’s say you feel pretty today, and you decide to share your picture on social media, because hey, you feel pretty today, but you say a thing more, you don’t know for how long will it last, tomorrow you are going to feel pretty ugly. And that what authentic you means. I think!

Being vulnerable and really saying what is on your mind and how you feel about that.

It is not sugarcoating it. It is just expressing real you. And that what truly you is. What do you think about that?

The ability to know when to be quiet and when to say something

Being authentic is also saying no, when you wanna say no, and say yes if you feel like say yes.

Many people are people pleasers. We don’t wanna be one of them. Why? We want to be true to ourselves, we want to look after ourselves first, no matter what anyone will think of us.

To do that, when you come in situation when you need to decide whether to go after something or no, take some time for yourself to think. And if your gut intuition is saying NO, go and say no, no matter what.

Of course they will blame you, think you are selfish, but stick to it, believe me.

How to take great care of yourself

Notice when you take some time for yourself. how you are feeling, and notice when you neglect yourself how you are going to be feeling.

Actually set some time, preferably in the mornings, to take care of you, and do whatever is required.

I do that every single morning. Ask yourself every morning: “What I can do to set myself up for success today?” And actually do that.

It’s different for each and one of us. I need to sleep a lot. And when I say a lot, I mean for only 8 hours.

Actually schedule a time for the taking care of you. That can be twice a week. Even once a week. Whenever you have a time. Actually schedule time for yourself.

I do that my every day off. If I have a two days off from work, I will do this two days. If I have a three, I will do three times a week.

Of course, your taking care of you can be every day, and it should be every day, it”s just that, if you need to do some certain tasks, you will have to have a less time for yourself, and that is ok. You are going to take more care of you, when you are going to have some more time for yourself.

What I am suggesting you is, reserve mornings for that. When you wake up, do whatever it takes to get yourself ready fully for the day.

By self care I mean: meditation, journaling, guided meditations, planing your future, do the pedicure, manicure, hair cut, coloring your hair, shaving, doing eyebrows, dry brushing your body, exercising, doing yoga or running, or both, having sex, detox your body, forgive yourself, call someone, watch a movie that you always wanted to…

These are all self-care actions that you can do.

You cannot help someone if your cup is empty. Fill your cup first, and only then you will be able to fill somebody else’s.

I find it very crucial to take some time for myself. I kinda feel more energized, it makes me feel so fine, and good taken care of.

Wash your face is an amazing book that you should read.

For example; I was getting ready for a sleep now, changed my clothes, got into pijama, and was so tired to get myself into the bathroom, to wash my face and brush my teeth, but I did it anyway, because I knew I will feel better once I do it. And my morning the next day is going to be much more pleasurable.

Self care tips about the taking great care of yourself can also boost your confidence, and self worth as well.

Now, riding my bike on a way home from work, I was counting and reminding myself of the things that I am proud of myself. And it made me feel so good. I even drop a tear or two. This is also part of the self care routine, and you must implement. Train yourself to find the good in you.

So to take great care of you, you need to first want it enough. Only those that are loving life, and wants to take the most out of the life, are taking great care of themselves.

Don’t get me wrong, we are all taking care of ourselves, the way we know how, but there are also those that are brilliant in this. I wanna be one of them! Do you? We want to shine bright like a diamonds! 😀

Nutrition! OMG, nutrition!

You are going to have so much energy if you watch what you eat. When you eat, is not that much important, but what you eat.

Think of the food as a fuel. You can”t fuel your gas with a diesel fuel, if your car uses the normal one. It is just not going to work. You are going to have difficulty turn on the car. Car is going to struggle.

Same with our bodies. Feed your body with live foods, cook yourself, do not buy factory produced food. This food is dead.

Get outside

If you stay in your head you are going to be screwed. You need to go outside, move your body, actually breathe fresh air,  but not the one that has been stagnant in your house. You are going to feel much better.

I, for example, whenever I go for a running, most of my times, I don”t bring my phone with me. It is such a relieving feeling. You can get so much insights from that too, because when you spend time with you, and only you, you get to know yourself better. And you should do that definitely! Spend some more time, you with you, and watch how you are going to feel.

Inspire yourself

Nutrition is something that I value the most, and I think you should be too. You are going to have so much energy.

Elevate your mood

Do whatever it takes to make yourself feeling better. Put smile on your face. I smile all day, every day. At least I try to. And it gives me such a good feeling. You can do that too. Exercise often

This Blog Post is not about me. It is to help you, by my experience. And I am telling you! After each 30 minutes stretches, doing yoga, or running, I feel like I can touch the sky. I feel so high. And I want you to feel the same way, because nothing else matters. So exercise often!

Conclusion!

Think about this way: Nobody is going to care of you if you don”t take care of yourself. Nobody is going to ask you: “Maja! Are you hungry? “Do you need some rest?” Like, nobody! And that is a great thing, isn”t it? Because we don”t want anyone mess around us, and our lives. We want to create it the way we want to, right? So actually do it. And take great care of you, forever and always.
