How to have inner peace

Inner peace is something that must be of great value to you. Why? Because that peace in your head is what we all looking for. At least I think so. I certainly do!

You are going to have inner peace when you move your body.

We are the beings of the movement. Staying still, your mind will start to wonder. You are not going to be in the present moment. And that is how all starts. So move your body. Actually go for a walk, ride a bike, or do some exercises and stretches. That is going to ground you. You will go to your body and lose your mind.

For example, I was 4 days ago in the mountains, and so happy. Because I was admiring nature. And the nature is still, peaceful, and that is exactly what is going to do for you too. Make you feel still and peaceful.

Spend quality time in nature every now and then, actually move your body. Nature has that sense of peace and stillness that it grounds you. There are no sounds and distractions.

Being able to see the pictures in your mind, or thinking in pictures can be also huge for you. But the trick is, you must be seeing all the good that you want to experience today and in the future. It is that simple!

People are lazy and bored, that is why they think a lot, they don’t have a peace of mind, and sense of direction in their life. So actually engage yourself in something, and naturally you are going to stop to think, and just be.

We have to do the different things every day, or at least same things different way.

Why? Because then you expand your horizons.

Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is to do the same things everyday and expect different results. Do you understand now?

And the Wayne Dyer once said: “Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.” How amazing is that?

Your mind wanders a lot, because you have that brain fog. You must change something in order something to be changed. Start small! How bad you want it? How Bad Do You Want It?

I have inner peace now more than ever. This is what I’ve been doing on a daily basis:

1. Meditate

2. Give thanks

3. Change your schedule

4. Go places

5. Exercise often

6. Set goals

7. Do more of what makes you happy

8. Help someone

Also, have you heard something called “segment intending”? It is that Abraham, Esther and Jerry Hicks recommend it? Search for them on the Youtube! Their speeches are amazing.

It is basically putting the thought in everything that you do. If you are riding the bike, you actually ride the bike. You are saying to yourself that everything is going to be fine along the way, creating riding the bike the way you want to. Actually looking around and enjoy the ride.

Or let’s say getting ready for the work. Consciously choosing the clothes you are going to wear, saying yourself that today is everything going to go smoothly, and that the time will pass very quickly.

Again, segments are this. You are alone in kitchen, somebody else enters the kitchen, that is another segment. Going to the toilet is the third, making yourself a coffee is the fourth, and so on, and so on.

If you practice this, and actually create each of those segments the way you want, it will bring you that great sense of inner peace.

You are struggling, fighting with something, that is why you don’t have inner peace. Relax!

You need to learn how to let go, trust, and relax. You can do that by focusing on your breathing and being in the present moment.

I know I wasn’t have that inner peace, because I was trying to figure things out, and my life, like tomorrow. But what if you are never going to figure things out?

And also worry! Worry is huge. How many times you caugh’t yourself worrying for no reason?

We often times think that if we worry, we care. But hey, too much of the worry will bring you where? More of the worrying about! You need to be focused on the solutions. Even seeking for help. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. People are dying out there to be asked how they had got there. Actually ask people directions!

I think you need to be at great unease, and has to last for quite some time, to want to be at peace again. If you know what I mean. You can”t live all rainbow and sunshine, and want inner peace. Only if we are in unease, we seek to be at ease again. Life is like a roller coaster, not a straight line.

If you struggle a lot, after some time, you must get bored of it. Struggling is not a natural way of being, but be at ease. And you can’t experience total bliss, if you didn’t be through some dark times.

We grow through contrast. By the contrast I mean some loss, people disappoint you, bad boss, somebody offends you, and so on.

Help someone!

Omg, helping someone can be such a blessing to your life. I once heard somewhere that if you are feeling bad, check maybe you are focused only on you. And that is sooo true.

We often times only think about ourselves. Of what we don”t have, what we would like to have, and so on. And that is ok, don”t get me wrong. But hey, what about the people around you, your closest ones, not that closest ones, strangers? Actually go and help someone, give thanks for example, a hug, kiss, give compliment, a smile…, and watch how you are going to feel. I assure you, you are going to feel amazing.

The power of focus

Focus is huge. How many times you were completely focused on something? You were so interested in the listening to conversation, for example, that you couldn”t hear somebody outside calling you?

I know my sister was often numb, if I can say this way. We were calling her for a minutes, but she always had that look, like she is busy in thinking something else, contemplating, she had always had that imaginary look.

In this video below, I talk about all the things that I could remember about being focused. I really hope you will like it, and that is going to be of great value to you.

I will never forget a Jim Rohn saying in one of the videos on Youtube. When he was with his kids, he was thinking office. Being in the office, he thought of being with his kids instead.

Do you see how this habit is broken, not good? You are going to be always in lack. You will never actually experience all that you are working on, or experience in the full.

Book atomic habits is huge. We are sum of the habits that we were doing for the years, but that can be changed. What would you like to change in your every day life? Tell us honestly!

Many people lack in direction, that is why they never reach their goal, or most importantly, they are never really focused. Confusion and indecisiveness is a problem in them. They often only wonder, never taking any massive action.

I don”t know have you heard about the Tony Robbins. Most probably you did, reading this Personal Development blog. He promotes a massive action, he is a massive action freak. We need to take massive action towards the things that we want.

Where your focus goes energy flows.

I don’t know about you, but I often times think in term, how there is an Africa out there, people living in poverty, even though I cannot see it with my naked eye.

It is not in my focus, but there also in another country is my mom and dad, now sitting on a terrace and enjoying their coffee. Isn”t that amazing?! Things and people are happening anyway, despite of we see them or not.

Your focus and attention now determines how you are going to live in the future.

2 people walking along are going to influence one another. The only question is, which one of them is going to be more dominant.

If you are one who is more dominant, your walking partner will have all his or her attention on you, and what you have to say, their all focus will be on you.

You be that dominant person at put all your attention on the good that you do.

People, circumstances, and life in general shaped us for who we are now.

What or who you wanna become in the future? Decide today, and put all your focus on that. Study it, be in it, learn it, try it, and you shall become. It is the law!

Focus on the good within people, and they will feel that. I had so many people challenges. Working with very fat people, slumpy people, stupid people, but instead, I chose to focus on the good in them. And guess what, we had amazing relationship all along. We were amazing teams!

Is your focus on the good in people or bad?

You can see also the power of focus by focusing only on the red color around you.

Do this exercise now: Look around yourself and look for the red, only look for the red color. How many objects that you see are red?

Now tell me what are the yellow that you saw? The chance is, that you didn’t saw any yellow. Why? Because you were looking only for red. And you get what you focus on.


Take care of your body

You must sleep 7 to 9 hours a day to be able to be fully focused on what you do. Your mind has to be sharp, and you cannot do that, if you didn’t have enough sleep. It is that simple!

Go to bed at the same time each evening. For example, I go to bed every night at 9 pm. I first read 30 minutes, and then I am ready to sleep. If I cannot fall asleep in 15 minutes time, I would take a book again, and read for another 30 minutes. 15 minutes rest again, and trying to fall asleep again, and so on.

It works for me. I hope it will work for you too.

The only goal is to be well restful. You can also do the thing like “power nap” in the afternoon. I do that as well. But I meditate. And it is like a reset, it’s like you are starting fresh.

One more thing that you can do, is putting your phone behind the laptop screen while you working. It does miracles to me. You don”t have a temptation to check the notifications, but to be fully focused on what you do.

Out of your sight, out of your mind.

You only check your phone if you hear actual notification. Even more, you can turn off all your sounds, and not check your phone at all until the work is done.

Focus can bring you so far. What do you want? What do you really, really want?

Focus is a skill that can be learned overtime. You only need to put the time and effort in it. Work on it every day.

I like to focus myself on what I do lately so often. For example, if I sat down 2 hours for writing, I am not going to go to check my hair 😀 (I know :D), or I am not going to respond to that received message if it”s not important.

Who Are We

We are the beings first and foremost, the human one, then such a fragile thing.

I just read in a post about the girl that had a car accident. Thankfully she is O.K., but what she was saying in the post, is something that is worth reading over and over again.

We take our lives and our home called Earth for granted. We don”t know how to be appreciative for what we already have, and we always strive for more.

Don”t get me wrong, wishing and wanting for more is a good thing, but how you handle the things that you already have? Are you appreciative about them?

Think about the things that you abandoned for some time in your life. Is this thing going to work in your favor? Of course not! Because you abandoned them! Everything loves to be wanted.

Story time

I remember a time, during this pandemic. My sister was flying home, and she went to the airport with a bike, only with a backpack. Yet, she didn”t know that she is not going to return back for a months, and the bike kept there, alone, waiting for her to be driven again.

But the bike didn”t work well once she sat on it. Why? Because this thing wasn”t in use!!!

Now, what bike has to do with the answer on who we really are? It has everything!

We are beings of the movement. If we don”t use our body, we are going to shrink. We need to take better care of ourselves on a daily basis. We are emotional, spiritual, and the beings of the movement.

You need to feed yourself on every aspect, because if you don”t, you are going to shrink. You are going to shrink in misery.

I liked this video. It is just one tiny part of who we really are. It is easy to say, that I am only Irish, but I am, and you are, so much more. Agree or agree?

We the human beings are the most creative species on the earth than any other . We have mind which can do anything. Anything means anything, and our scope is this much wide that we have already proven by making everything possible by just observing falling an Apple (yeah I am talking about GREAT NEWTON ), a journey started from Apple and never gonna end.

This proves that human being have no limit we just want hints and rest we can do.

We’ve built machines that can fly. Ignite fire at will, produce electricity, talk to someone on the other side of the world and not be connected to any wires or cables. Created vehicles that can travel faster than the speed of sound, while others have carried us to a nearby planet.  Source

I love love the channell on Youtube “You are Creators”. I learned so much from the Justin Perry (Instagram Page).

He is going to teach you everything from how to visualize, manifest, about feelings and emotions, how to work on your goals, law of attraction. He is also Metaphysical teacher and Investor.

I highly recommend to follow this guy, who is going to show you and teach you who we really are.

We are Gods

I can tell you whatever I want, but please, you take whatever you feel like believing, or what resonates with you. Only make sure that this is serving you. Whatever you believe in for who we really are, make sure that serves you in your life, that makes you a better person.

We all have a different ideas about who we really are.

God cares a lot more about who we are and who we are becoming than about who we once were.

We are the expressions of the Supreme Creator, just like anything else in this creation.

Human body is perhaps the most highly sophisticated biological mechanism on this planet.

Humans have five sensations namely, seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling.

Besides these sensations they have thought and memory.

Using these sensations and thoughts, human beings have created smart phones, computers, airplanes and the GPS besides numerous other great scientific and technological achievements.

The human beings also have a mysterious faculty called as intuition.

This intuition can infer realities that are beyond our five sensations.

X rays, light waves, gravity, time, space, electricity, magnetism etc. etc. that are all beyond our five senses but humans have inferred these realities by the effects they have on totality that are within the domain of our five senses.

Thoughts and memory themselves are beyond our five senses and they do not produce any effects on totality but our ALIVENESS can perceive thoughts and memory.

This shows that our ALIVENESS is subtler than thought and memory which are themselves subtler than the sub atomic particles.

Sub atomic particles have been detected but not thought or memory.

This in a nutshell is a human being.

What the human being knows till date is pitiably little compared to what he still does not know about this cosmos.

The scientists are working very hard to discover as much of the secrets of this cosmos as can be detected using our five sensations and intuition, but we will always fall short because these are very limited faculties.

The mystics have gone inward and discovered that our ALIVENESS is not a material object but it is a no-thing mysterious LIGHT that is nameless, formless, dimension-less, non-local and non-temporal and is in fact identical with the CREATOR HIMSELF.

So on the side of the mystics, humans know their identity with the CREATOR and on the side of the scientists, humans have discovered a lot of natural laws but together we have a very long way to go to discover all the secrets of this creation and it does not look like we will ever be able to do it.

How to trust the universe

Every time you struggle with trusting somebody, or trusting God, Universe, whatever, you should first ask yourself: “Do I trust me?”

And that should be your number one question that you need to ask yourself first. “Do I trust me?”

If anything you want to achieve in life, you need to first become it, and then just BE it. It is that simple!!!

Here is amazing article from the Deepak Chopra about 9 tips to release control and trust the Universe.

It”s all about emotions.

Your emotions are your guidance system. If you feel bad, that just means you are not trusting it. If you feel good, you have belief in it, and you are leaning towards it. It is like a magnet!

Wishing for something, but not believing in it, you are never going to get it. Do you now understand the importance of trusting, having faith and belief? It is huge!

Every action that you take, will lead you towards where you have to end up. So why bother?! Make sure to take massive, and from the point of belief action.

I singed now out loud the song with Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston that I love so much. It is about the belief in yourself, belief in God, belief in the Universe, belief that you deserve all the good that life has to offer. By the way, this is one of my favorite affirmations.

“I am worthy of all the good that life has to offer.”

How to surrender to the Universe.

Have you heard a story of the Oprah Winfrey, when she wanted to play a role in the movie “Color Purple”? I think that’s what it was called.

She wanted to be an actress in this movie so badly, and she was doing everything necessary for her to play in the movie.

Basically, she came to the point when nothing seemed to work, and she gave up. She just stopped doing the things, and at that time, her famous song to sing was “I surrender all”.

After some time, maybe even the same day, she received the call from the producer, asking her to come to play in the movie. She was stunned! Isn”t that fascinating? The thing came to her, when she “Let go”.

We don”t know what is going to happen in the next 5 minutes, when we surrender all. We basically let go, and let God!

Here is her amazing story about how to surrender and let go. I like to come to this story once in a while, just to strengthen my belief in the universe:

Trust the universe and go with the flow.

This morning, I woke up at 3 AM with a crazy idea, that we are here only passengers. We are only passing through this life, and that we are only tiny dots in this vast Universe.

It kinda reduced my ego a lot, knowing that nobody is even gonna remember me in a 100 years time.

Laying down in the dark, in the middle of the night, seeing nothing but the dark, and the room that you are in, you came to realization what life truly is.

It is such a fragile thing. You never know what is gonna happen in a 5 minutes time.

So, to trust the Universe, know that you are so loved to be a part of this experience called life. That you have some purpose and meaning to fulfill.

Before you were born, there was the whole world that existed, a history so rich, and look in what we evolved now. Then you happened, for some reason and purpose, because Universe needed you to help other people.

We all feed off each other.

We are only passing through.

Every time you complain, you are not trusting it. When you say it”s hard, you are not believing in it. Every time you are not feeling good, you don”t believe in the process. Know that everything worthwhile takes time, and it is a process.


Meditation can make you aware of your thought. It can shift you in the moment NOW. You hear your breathing, you feel your heart pumping, and these are only two things in the many how you can trust the Universe. Because if you feel only these two things now, there is no tomorrow to worry, and there is no yesterday to blame. I really hope you understand.

You can”t just lay down.

We are the beings of the movement. You can”t expect to trust the Universe, and laying down on the beach. Don”t get me wrong, relaxing is a good thing, but doing nothing, is not going to get you where you want to be. You need to work for it!

What you put in, comes back to you. It is the law!

To sum it all up: The best way to trust the universe is to learn to trust yourself. Rather than just indiscriminately repeating the mantra “let go,” get curious about what specifically is preventing you from stepping up. And then let go of that specific thought, belief, assumption or whatever it is. Source

So do you believe in yourself that you are going to make this thing work, whatever that is? Do you often times disappoint yourself and you not follow through?

Answers to these questions will show you how much you trust yourself that you are going to follow through.

Actually pray.

Know that Universe has your back. You are here for the reason and purpose, and be grateful about that. You don’t need to know all the answers now. Just promise me, don”t stop asking for more.

Prayers are powerful. It is like letting go, and letting God. You are taking burden off off your back, and by praying, you are actually saying: “I am ready for more!”

Why we face problems in life

Problems are nothing but opportunities, and nothing but wake-up calls for creativity.

You would be dead bored if you don”t have a challenges in life, exactly that, challenges, not problems. Stop even using the word problem. Why? Because the word problem sounds so harsh, and it weights a ton. Feels super heavy.

We talk about problems like that is something huge. We think of our problems, like we are the only one facing them. There are the people that are literally dying outside, no food, no shelter, and we are complaining how life is hard on us?! Shame on us! Why are we blind and not appreciative for what we already have?

We should be appreciative and grateful for what we already have.

Challenges are here to teach us something, to do more, to think, to brainstorm, go places, call others, ask for advice, ask for help. Challenges are here for the reason. We don”t know what exact ones, and I think we are never going to find out. The only thing we can do, when we face challenges, is to say: “Bring it on!” “I can handle it!”

Challenges and problems are important parts of life that give you experiences, make you learn and help you to become wiser and stronger. Problems make us grow and shape us. The biggest problem people have is that they hope for a life without problems. … Regardless of the result, value the experience and personal growth. Source

Problems are here to make you make different choices in life. Choices through which you are going to grow and expand in life, and therefore, make good impact on other peoples lives. That is exactly why challenges exist.

Again, these are not problems, only challenges, that you think are negative. But that is so far from the truth. Who is saying that this is negative? It is just unwanted to you, it pushes you to make different choices.

Scientifically speaking, positive doesn”t mean good and negative doesn”t mean bad. They are just terms for the balance of energy flow. Dr. Mel Gill (From the book The Meta Secret)

There is a a a mazing book called “Everything is figureoutable” by amazing woman called Marie Forleo. She knows also, that problems doesn”t exist, only challenges, and that everything is figureoutable.

Also, have you heard about the quote that Eckhart Tolle said: “Problems are illusions of the mind”: So true! I think. What do you think?

Life will only give you “problems” that you can handle to.

Think about how many obstacles you have missed? Plenty of them!

How many times you could have accidents? How many times you could got pregnant with that wrong guy?

You see now? How life, God, or Universe, loves you? You are so loved! Your challenges are “Piece of cake” to you, and you know that.

How to solve our human problems #problems #challenges #situations

The problem with us humans.

We like to talk about problems, with all the people that we come in contact with. Trying to find a reason “Why us?” “What wrong we did to the world?”Talking about our problems in life, and how the world is falling apart is not going to bring us any good in life. We like to play victim role, say that we are not responsible for what is going on around us. But is this really truth?


Bring solution. Actually enjoy in the process of finding solution. LOOK AT THAT CHALLENGE AS A PROJECT THAT YOU ARE WORKING ON! Research about the ways how to find solutions. Reach out to people, and ask them how they had solved the problem.

Think in pictures. Actually see yourself how you solving that problem, and what have you done. See yourself finding a solution. See yourself thriving!

Yes, there is a thing called see in pictures.

It is a thing that I thought I invented it, but when I started to research about it, and what it can bring me, I found out, that there is a whole study about it, and most importantly, it works, it actually helps you take your life to the next level.

We usually think, that we are the only ones with that particular problem in life. And that is so far from the truth. We all go through the same, and we all want the same.

Actually write a list of your unwanted situations, “problems” in life. Make a list of the things that you would like to change, and then offer solution, for every and each one of them. Research, ask, find a mentor, talk about solution, ask for help, ask for advice (but only relevant people)…

Life Is Like a Jigsaw Puzzle is a post that can be of great help to you. Think about life in jig saw puzzles. You don”t know how the heck are you going to solve that picture of the 1000 (thousand) pieces, but you are determent to, because you will like the picture to look at at the end, at the matter of fact, you even liked the picture the moment you saw it, and so you purchased it, and decided to work on it. So work on that “project” solving thing!

Learn to know what are the obstacles and how to solve them, should be one of your first priorities in life, because you are going to need that skill after some time, and apply it, to some aspect, or the situation that you are going to have.
