What Is Love

You can love a child, Nutella, your spouse, nature, gym, a friend… There is a lots of kinds of love. I think, we should be able to define what is love for us.

Now, can you love everything and everybody around yourself? You can, if you make up your mind to. You need to decide, find the good in everybody and everything.

There is one exercise that I do everyday and for a times that I feel negative vibe. I just say to myself: “I am deciding now to love you.” It really works!

If you have a challenges with some person, just say to yourself: “I am deciding to love you.” “I am deciding to find a good in you no matter what.” And guess what, you will find it. Everybody has something to offer. The question is, are you focusing on the good or bad.

Everything in life is about decisions. To decide to love or hate somebody it is your choice. It doesn”t have to be their thing. You are the one who holds and have all the power of decisions.

I don”t know have you ever heard of Ho”oponopono technique? It is basically saying mantras to yourself or towards other people. Repeating 4 powerful sentences or words that are: “I am sorry:” “Please forgive me.” “I love you.” “Thank you.” These are very, very powerful. As you saying out loud or silently the first one “Please forgive me”, imagine, picture certain event that you wanna let go of, forgive yourself, and people around you that has been at that time.

Repeating these words at loud or silently makes you feel calm, happier and more joyful. If you wanna learn more about what it is and how to implement it, an amazing woman name Mabel Katz created a FREE course when you can learn all about it. You can find it HERE. You just need to give your full name, phone number, email, and country that you live in. There you will find 4 videos. The first one talks about “Where does Ho”oponopono come from. “Second is: “Who am I? The most important question in creation.” Third is: “What is really a problem?” And finally fourth: “How does it work and how do You practice?”. Really valuable videos, delivering very charming woman Mabel Katz.

This is the video that I filmed myself about what love is and uploaded on Youtube. People often times mixing up love with something else. Not every action comes from love. Some actions come from manipulating, scarcity and fear. Not all that we call love is love. That is why we need to define ourselves what love means to us. What we can tolerate, and what we certainly cannot tolerate.

You wouldn”t be here if you are not loved. You are loved, that is why you are here. And if you ever feel unlovable, know that love made you, brought you here.

There are countless of ways how to be more lovable and love more, yourself and people around you.

  1. Be Light. There are two meanings for this. …
  2. Love Yourself. If you don’t love yourself already, then make that a daily objective. …
  3. Set Boundaries. …
  4. Show Kindness to Everyone. …
  5. Laugh at Yourself. …
  6. Show Affection. …
  7. Be Real. …
  8. Be Surprising. …

Love is everywhere. Wherever you look, you will find love. You are here because you are loved. You are! And the love is answer. You focused on love will bring you to the good, for sure, not opposite.

Love encompasses a range of strong and positive emotional and mental states, from the most sublime virtue or good habit, the deepest interpersonal affection and to the simplest pleasure. An example of this range of meanings is that the love of a mother differs from the love of a spouse, which differs from the love of food. Most commonly, love refers to a feeling of strong attraction and emotional attachment.

What do you love? What do you truly love to do? Who you truly love? I guess we should ask ourselves that more frequently just to remind ourselves of what truly matters. Not everything is worth our attention though. That is why we should be able to know what truly matters to us. So, what and who do you love?
